Ulasan Travelodge London Bethnel Green

This is the worst ever Hotel , never again. I went tired in the night to check in to find my room shockingly given to someone else without speaking to me and they just assumed I am not coming. Took us 3 hrs to get to the other hotel. Disturb my sleep and ability to concentrate on my conference next day in the morning. Very bad management a service. The Receptionist on other hotel said that’s happened regularly what a terrible hotel please see better options than that Regard

Das Hotelzimmer war sauber und geräumig und hatte alles was uns zusteht. Die Lage war okey. Es gibts in der nähe ein Supermarkt. Service super freundlich und zufriedenstellend. Ausstattung sehr gut.

very clean hotel rooms clean staff all friendly. Michelle was extremely friendly and helpful always a smile on her face and really takes an interest in your stay an asset to the hotel. will definitely recommend and will be back for another stay

Very extensive but that could have been because of the big event that weekend. Rooms very hot, ask for a fan 👍🏻 Breakfast not the best. Lots of noise from student halls opposite. Bonus point. Staff Fantastic ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

You should indicate that you want that the Hotel clean the room in advance. No towels in my room , no soap at bathrooms

Great staff. One lady very kindly rang a taxi for us. Michelle very friendly and made sure we had all we needed at breakfast especially. I was chuffed that 2 kids had a free breakfast. Nice and clean I think the room was too expensive as it was small.

Very clean, meals don't have many options for dinner but breakfast good. Michelle Deonne very helpful as are her staff. Asked for ice to take back to room and got it. Room was hot despite fan as had to close window against noise. Very nice stay.

My go to Travelodge in London. It's outside the city centre but only just so it's easy to get around (one stop from Liverpool Street) and often a bit cheaper than hotels closer in. Bethnal Green feels like a proper London area too. For instance, there are greasy spoon cafes around the railway arches close by where you can get a hot bacon sarnie on the way to exploring London. Meanwhile multicultural Whitechapel is minutes away. The hotel is a Travelodge - so its basic but perfectly comfortable. Check the TV works though as mine didn't! Overall, it's a good value place to rest your head on a trip to London.

This lodge is a short walk from Bethnal Green tube station. It was clean and tidy and when asked, the staff were very helpful and informative.

My hotel had a nasty smell. It smelt like a filthy homeless person's clothing. When I went in the bathroom to brush my teeth, there was odour from the sink as I ran tap water in the sink. The carpet on the bedside on the left-hand side had stains of human remains. I informed the hotel staff at the counter on my way out of the hotel in the morning. I am a regular user of Travelodge Hotel but this time I had a very bad experience.

Excellent service all staff where friendly, especially Michelle who helped with breakfast and letting us know what we can have. Didnt stop seeing her refill everything, cleaning and making sure we where comfortable. Room was also nice and reception service very good.
