Really good and everything is great. The staffs are wonderful and amazing. I will definitely book again.

Near to expo. Far from city. Metro is nearby and straight line to town and Heathrow airport.

Do Not recommend, in the most simplest form it was ****. Had problems checking in, the pool was ****, the lift wasn’t working. Wont be coming again😒

Stayed 4 nights and happy overall with the room and restaurant. However the hotel double charged me - my room was prepaid on Trip, and hotel reception took my credit card details for incidentals. After checking out I found I was charged again for the room, they basically charged a customer without a.) contacting Trip to sort out the payment as it should be, b.) without a phone call to me ahead of taking the money and c.) without the customer authorization (in theory I only authorized the incidental pre-auth). Kudos to colleagues at Trip who followed up and processed the refund within a week! But deeply unhappy with the hotel's handling of the incident especially customer communication! Double check your bank transactions if you choose to stay at this place

Amazing service, hotel staffs were really friendly and helpful. They fulfilled my special request and gave me a complimentary upgrade. Really good breakfast with lots of options to choose from.

Great hotel, near the bus station There are supermarket nearby and the staff is very helpful, the gym is small but very clean. The room have a lot of amenities, tea pot, table, chairs, balcony and so more.

I love staying in this hotel. I stay with my young son & two grandchildren. I think this is our third time staying here. I love the location, just a stones throw away from the cable cars that take you to the O2. They love the pool and I love the fact that I can watch them from the hot tub which is situated right next to the pool. . The staff are friendly and very helpful. The breakfast has a good mix for every palate. Will definitely stay again

The experience at the hotel was very good and the personnel were quite pleasant. Amenities were also good and modern. The area is also a proper tourist area. I will definitely love to visit with the family again.

We booked two double bed rooms with breakfast included for two nights. After arriving, the staff arranged for us to have a double bed and Sofa room. After explaining to the front desk, we booked two double bed rooms. The staff said there was no way but to have our room available tomorrow. Without compromise, the staff changed the room, but their attitude was very poor. When she gave us the new room card, she also said to us, 'This room is guaranteed to be satisfactory to you!'! We booked two double bed rooms at a relatively high price. Although we are three people, it is impossible to give our room to other guests, which is completely unreasonable.

Nice hotel close to excel & the cable carts. Has a spa & swimming pool which is a nice way to relax & end your day. Would defo stay again.

It is located next to Victoria Royal Station and Custom House, which makes our travel super convenient via metro. The nearby environment is quite but crowded enough with lots of restaurants and nice lake view. The staffs here are extremely kind and we enjoyed our stay there to the fullest.

Well to be honest if it wasn't for the location I wouldn't of stayed here. We paid 1800 on arrival and a 150 security deposit. But online we could of booked the same days for 1600 at the same hotel. The plugs would randomly turn off when using a hairdryer and then when switching to a phone charger the plug wouldn't work for some time. The safe was broken it wouldn't physically shut so it was unusable. When eating breakfast in the morning the hotel alarm malfunctioned so we had to evacuate but by the time it was fixed we had to leave to attend the venue so arrived there hungry. There was a TV package for 16 pound, we bought after waiting a few minutes for it to work we called the front desk and was told that it's not a thing and doesn't work. This was resolved later on but why have it as an option if it doesn't work? Someone was using our room number to get a free breakfast too as we wasn't asked our surname once but we was told someone was already down when our room number was used. We was still allowed our breakfast we was entitled to but not great being told that someone's already down in your name. Overall was good that it was close to the venue but wasn't happy with the price as it doesn't correlate with the experience or the room. Especially when we got charged an extra 200 than the prices online. If we could of cancelled we would of just booked again online the same day. Had no issues with the staff or cleanliness but the small issues along with the price felt like it wasn't worth what we was paying. We was also "vip" guests but nothing about the experience felt VIP other than water being given and coffee table restocked.

Brilliant Hotel if you wan to attend a show at the o2 as there’s a Gondola that takes you from one side of the river to the other so you get get here in Lea than 20 minutes! Hotel is great too
