My booking was a King Bed Suite with Cherry Park View and with sofa bed from 23 May to 1 Jun 2025. On 23 May when I checked in, the front desk staff told me that type of room was overbooked. They arranged me and my family to check in a King Bed Suite without the Cherry Park View and without a sofa bed on the first night, and then gave me the right type of room from 24 May onwards. The front desk staff told me they would give me a discount rate for the first night (because I didn't get the type of room I booked) but on 1 June when I checked out, the staff on duty said she knew nothing about it and charged me the amount of the original booking. I wrote a email to the front desk manager Patricia Rodes on 3 June asking about the discount rate for the first night but she never responds to me. I am disappointed with how the hotel management has handled this. Notwithstanding, I wish to express my appreciation and compliment for one of their front desk staff, Daniel, who was very helpful in dealing with the above issue and has always been responsive in resolving all kinds of problems encountered by customers in the hotel.
