Well located near Westminster Bridge and the London Eye, easy walking to main tourist areas. Room was very clean, although sofa area a little dark. Full wall windows gave a wonderful view over Waterloo Station and South London towards The Shard. Breakfast Buffet was reasonable, filling, and a good variety of breakfast choices. Altogether a reasonably good hotel.

We booked for my husband's birthday and our anniversary, we were upgraded as it was a special weekend and our junior suite was beautiful, the views were lovely from our 3 windows and it was so easy to check in using the app. Will definitely be back.

Great visit, we were deemed 'guests of the day' and had a complimentary upgrade to the penthouse room. Great location, great views, breakfast in bed was also great!

Fantastic location

Good and convenient location with high value for money ! It is close to Waterloo train and underground station and London Eye as well as other London attractions. Its facilities meet the expectation of occupants with the chance of early room check-in which may not be the usual case of other hotels.

Everything okay except the refrigerator. And also no laundry room. They said they have one but no. It’s expensive to get the service as well as getting it done at laundromat.

Stay at the hotel the third time. Great location, Westminster Abbey, National Gallery is just within walking distance.

Amazing location, next to London eye, Waterloo underground station.

The hotel location was perfect. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. We book executive one bed room with city view and the view was good. Buiding is bit old. The carpet in the corridor was bit old however the room is good. No night Gowun and slipper. Only one toothbrush for two occupancy. The reecipetion staff was rude but later the senior staff was kind enough and gave us all the information about the hotel ecological system like if u be more green like using the towel and not cleaning up the room for 3 night they give a bottle of.wine or points for the resutrants. Oh btw there was a fire alarm out of blue and that freaked us but later turns out that was a technical issue. Above all it was good stay at the end.

Unfortunately, the hotel did not provide good value for money. Our first impression of the hotel lobby was average. We selected a Studio Room in order to have an additional bed (sofa bed), but we found the sofa bed given to be highly uncomfortable. The options available at the breakfast buffet were average and did not stand out compared to cheaper hotels.

Great stay! The hotel had a welcome package for my toddler when we arrived Breakfast was okay but could be better with more options made available. Room service was great! Great location also. Walking distance to the London Eye and South Bank as well as the underground metro. Numerous restaurants also within walking distance.

The location is central with access to many attractions. The room was the best given it was the view that I requested for. The breakfast is decently nice and the restaurant staff does their best to serve the customers. Good place to stay in London.
