Location is okay (in zone 1 and closed to Tower bridge) but still 8 mins walk from Underground The sink and shower area were stuck.

Great place, generous room and amenities & comfortable bed. Clean room and loads of shampoo/body wash etc. Lobby toilets are maybe the cleanest toilets on earth

Check-in poor organisation I have not had any receipt yet even though I have emailed the reservations address and spoke to the doorman on checkout

The stay was lovely, shower could use a little more pressure but that also may not be down to the property itself and out of their control but otherwise amazing!

Lovely rooms, comfortable and quiet. We had tried to contact the hotel before our trip but had no response.

The property is in a great location , 6 min walk to underground. Same time to Tower of London and Tower Bridge. There is a Sainsbury very close but not a lot of dining. I liked having a kitchen, but it would have been nice to have salt/pepper and more cookware to prepare breakfast . Area rug needed cleaning and there was mold in the shower. The toilet kept running and the kitchen had a drip.

A fantastic apartment around the corner from The Tower. Will definitely stay here again!

Very surprised to come into a large, comfortable studio, with all appliances provided to make my stay welcoming.

Kitchen and laundry in the room are exceptional, as was wifi connectivity. Excellent bedding and linens. Downside is that it is VERY loud due to street noise and being at the confluence of 3 major roads...lots of honking and sirens passing by until very late at night. Soundproofing does not extend to outdoor noise, but was very good between the rooms. No evidence of " bar/lounge, a snack bar/deli, and a coffee shop/cafe" that the description in ******* had.
