When searching for a hotel, I came across Ellen Kensington. I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and was blown away by the service from the moment I arrived. The building itself inside was stunning, the decor was modern yet cozy with thoughtful touches that made the space feel luxurious. As I was checking in, to my surprise I was graciously upgraded to a beautiful suite! I was specifically delighted to have been welcome by the incredible front desk staff, Bianca, Ines, Bruno and Helen, who were very warm. Their kindness set a tone for an amazing stay. Thank you for making my visit so enjoyable. I will definitely be returning!

WONDERFULL experience! This is a brand new boutique hotel in a superb location in Kensington in a quiet street opposite a park. Very close to Earls Court tube station. When I booked there were hardly any reviews so I wasn't sure what to expect but it all turned out wonderfully. We stayed in a suite with a lovely decor, gorgeous bathroom with bathtub and a nice view of the park. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Would definitely recommend 100%.

The worst hotel in the UK trip One morning, the ceiling of the room suddenly leaked. If we hadn't left late, I reasonably suspected that all our luggage would have been destroyed. Apart from this big problem, various details are completely inadequate. The door handle of the bathroom is a striped handle, and there is a lot of white foam from the decoration. I can understand the open shower in the bathroom, but this open bathroom is the kind that can make the whole bathroom full of water, which is very unreasonable. The cabinet has various scratches. It is said to be retro style, but it is really ugly and dirty. The room that leaked two days ago is still a street-facing room. The noise on the street can be heard clearly. All the beds are 1.5 meters, which is not consistent with the 1.8 meters mentioned by Ctrip. The walls in the corridor are so dirty that they are not even as good as student apartments. There are many other bad details like this. In short, this hotel is okay when you enter the lobby, but you find it is a shabby makeshift team when you enter the corridor. In the end, the manager refunded me 38% of the total room fee. It's really bad. The only advantage is that it is closer to the subway station.

The hotel facilities are gradually opening and there is free self-service laundry service. However, there is only one washing machine and dryer at the moment, so you need to queue up. Waiting in line, the room is very clean and comfortable, the refrigerator provides paid wine and soda, the bed is of moderate hardness, the pillows are not too soft, there is a hot towel machine in the bathroom, and the TV can connect you to Netflix and YouTube. It can be seen that the hotel is very dedicated to providing quality services to its guests. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family!
