All good, room a bit old, but comfortable. WiFi not working good

The service was good however the dining room and bar had distracting music which spoilt the experience. The meals we had were somewhat over cooked. The breakfast was good and the coffee machine worked well. Enjoyed the two for one cocktails at the bar. However we were disappointed that the desk lamp and the mirrored make up light did not work in our room. There was no designated shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom so had to use the liquid soap and no box of tissues, only the toilet paper The TV had a faulty remote so it took a long time to turn the TV on and then turn it off. Bed was comfortable and room nice and quiet through the night. Perhaps the superior rooms would have been more suitable on the 5th floor?

The location is great that near the Aldgate East station. It’s very convenient and the room is clean.

not bad place to stay

酒店還可以的 位置 在district line線的alagate east站，到了後300米走路 附近有可以升降的tower bridge 可以去觀光 走路10幾分鐘 酒店對面就是一箇中國超市，礦泉水0.75磅一瓶 酒店早餐反正就是傳統的英國早餐 房間乾淨，看起立比較新，床是睡過的最小的床 前台挺漂亮🤩 附近有家dandan noodle， 給你們看下幹鍋大腸的做法

房間不大，但很乾凈，出行也方便，離地鐵站5分鐘，周邊吃的也多，衞生間也很乾凈整潔，不錯的體驗，有空調，很不錯

Das Hotel war sauber und ruig , wir hatten ein Zimmer in der 2. Etage da gab es nichts zu meckern. Nur beim Frühstück 30 min vor Ende,war das Rührei und Spiegelei trocken

Bon séjour

We stayed at this accommodation on Sunday 9th June. All seemed good at first, stayed on 2 nd floor. After arriving after long journey we wanted to freshen up, only one towel in the room, so went down to ask for another one for partner. When I got back up to the room, partner showed me his pillow with what looked like a blood stain on it. So we pulled back the quilt with lots of ginger short hair scattered around, now partner is bald and I have long dark hair so obviously not either of ours, Chair in room had large brown stain on the seat, so not impressed...... Off we went to reception again, a cleaner came up in 10 mins to remake bed after 4th attempt with hotel bedding it was remade. Each time she went to put clean sheet on stains were on it so she changed it.... When she stacked up pillows on bedside shelf whilst making bed she broke the lamp!. Now the reception staff are polite but main everyday cleaners need to thouroghly remake the beds not just in our opinion just leave them just because it looks like it's ok like no one has previously used the bed when someone vacates which is what our visit felt like. The bar that's connected where u eat ur breakfast, the male member of staff working on Sunday night, needs a course in how to speak to members of the public,as we would of thought it's those customers that contribute to him being paid... All in all a good central location and nice reception staff, let down by basic hygiene practice by room cleaners and pub bar staff.

Very small twin bed room otherwise it would have had a 5 star rating. The twin beds were the main bed unzipped and made up as two. Very good breakfast. The aircon buttons in the room were broken and it was set at 19 degrees and reception told me that that was the lowest that it could go which I find odd because should,it have been a very hot day the 19degrees would have been too warm. Friendly staff and even though the hotel was fully booked, the breakfast area was quiet.
