Nice hotel, friendly staff, good location, easy to check in and check out

Beds were too short for someone 190 cm talll and one of the nights was a bit cold. Apart of that everything else was absolutely fine! Location very good as it is a short walk from Tower bridge and very closed to Aldgate and Tower Hill underground stations.. I definitely recommend!

I like the hotel. Clean, roomy, with big windows, wooden desk and wardrobe. The TV is nice too. It has the setting that is like home.

The noisiest door slamming I've ever experienced. From 6am onwards there was constant slamming of doors and I think it was staff not guests. Never again! Comfortable room and bed if small room. Air conditioning was very hot and even when I turned it down it kept resetting to hot after an hour or so.

The quality of service has declined dramatically since we first stayed at this hotel nine years ago. We liked the chain so much that the following year we stayed at another one in Edinburgh. This time, however, the service has been terrible. Let's start with breakfast, which did not live up to the price. Every day something was missing: pastries, juices, cereals, yogurts.... The variety of fruit was scarce, the quality of the products was quite poor.... The lack of staff in the dining room with a full hotel caused problems to get a clean table. There were queues in front of the coffee machine, queues at the toaster... An organizational disaster. In addition, the 'optional' cleaning service also chooses to clean or not when it's required. In five nights, we asked for it once. It was limited to changing towels, stretching the bed in a hurry (no change of sheets) and emptying the garbage cans. In the bathroom, the same stains remained on the faucets. Hardly a cloth was wiped over the toilet or the sink. The lack of staff has been so notorious that the same person who attended the reception put a beer in the bar or received the orders from the kitchen with shifts of too many hours. Also, after the refurbishment that has been carried out in the facilities, one would expect the noise from the train to be quite muffled with better windows and soundproofing, but this is not the case.

Good location, a short walk to the Tower Hill underground station. However we were in a room next to the railway line and it was noisy with trains rumbling by every 2 minutes. For that reason I wouldn't stay here again. Rooms were spotless, bed was comfy and staff on the front desk were polite.

Booked the accessible room. Much bigger than expected. Very quiet despite being on the main road. Staff very helpful as we got there very early, they let us leave our suitcase in a locked room which gave us the opportunity to explore our surroundings with leisure. A five minute walk to The Tower of London and boats.

A very noisy night. The hotel is very close to the train and this can be heard throughout the night. This is not highlighted on the website. I don't advise this hotel for light sleepers. Cooked breakfast was excellent but there was no mixed fruit, no croissants and no crumpets. The hotel was very close to the Tower of London and rooms were clean and spacious. Poor WiFi.

Everything you would expect from a Premier Inn and in a good location for Tower of London and surrounding areas. Very friendly and attentive staff. Very good value comparably, especially given how close it is to major attractions. Quiet, great sleep and overall experience, would recommend.

This premier inn was in a great location at Tower Hill and we were really happy with our stay. We were welcomed by really friendly staff and were able to leave our bags in the safe room as we were early and wanted to go to the Tower of London. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. As promised the mattress is super comfortable as were the pillows (of which there are extra if needed) and I love that you can buy the mattress which I will be doing! On checking out we were able to leave our bags in safe keeping again while we did some further exploring of London which was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional staff make all the difference - and Jamal and colleagues are exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble - and this creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere - great food (bar and breakfast) - clean room - central location - and the usual comfy bed.

Our stay at Tower Hill was absolutely wonderful. Right from the point of check in, until we left. The reception team working on Friday evening were welcoming and upon entering our room we were really happy with the size and cleanliness. The bedroom and bathroom facilities were modern and added to the stay too! A point to note with this hotel, if staying over the back is that you will hear the rumble of the trains. This however, did not keep us awake but was noticeable. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast, the breakfast area is compact but catered for everyone. Overall we had a lovely stay and absolutely would stay again.
