Had no problem checking myself in and out. The room was quite small and there was no door leading to the toilet 😑.

Location was really good. Several locations to get food close by. Room was really clean and suited our stay perfectly.

Booked, paid £200 for 1 night (at least I thought), all invoices and receipts were for £200. But they charged my card over £400. I called them and messaged them asking them to rectify the issue and refund my card, no response, even 2 weeks later I'm still trying to get my money back but am being ignored. I'll never trust Bob W again, if you don't want to be scammed or your card to be charged double, avoid at all costs.

Really enjoyed my stay there. Great little modern apartment. Might be tight for 2, but as a sole traveler it was great. Also great to have laundry facilities

So clean, chic and cool vibe, has all the amenities. Rather have this place on a longer stay as a single night - you dont really need the little sitting area and kitchen, on a single night its more of a bed and bathroom needed. But the price, location, cleanliness and entire "feeling" of the place is great and will use again....and again

An amazing studio perfect for our stay. Clean rooms and lots of additional extras including free London merchandise and access to a polaroid camera which we could use to capture our memories. I will be coming back!

hair on bedsheets and bathroom was not clean. used razor utils found on floor of the bathroom. shower handle in poor condition. very noisy room next to the railway track.

Modern and well maintained room. Really useful to have the small kitchen, which was very well stocked for its size with glasses, cookware, utensils, etc.. All fixtures and fittings excellent, including great bathroom.
