I ordered well in advance and the hygiene was good. The plane takes off loudly, just fine to adapt. It's a pity that I temporarily want to stay for an extra day, there is no room, and the price doubled. Had to spend the night in a living room sofa at a friend's house. I hope to have discounts and help for the guests who have lived for a few days in the future.

Excellent location , comfortable bed and friendly helpful staff, the breakfast leaves a lot to be desired, there is no cutlery, by the time you get them your food gets cold, you have to wait for everything and if you leave your table to get something from the buffet on your way back your table already cleared and the chair is taken, it's a complete chaos

Stayed 4 nights and happy overall with the room and restaurant. However the hotel double charged me - my room was prepaid on Trip, and hotel reception took my credit card details for incidentals. After checking out I found I was charged again for the room, they basically charged a customer without a.) contacting Trip to sort out the payment as it should be, b.) without a phone call to me ahead of taking the money and c.) without the customer authorization (in theory I only authorized the incidental pre-auth). Kudos to colleagues at Trip who followed up and processed the refund within a week! But deeply unhappy with the hotel's handling of the incident especially customer communication! Double check your bank transactions if you choose to stay at this place

I feel very good. I went with my friends. The geographical location is very close to the bus stop. The service staff is very enthusiastic. The room is clean and tidy, and the air conditioning is cool. The breakfast is OK, the variety is ok, and it is very convenient. It is recommended.

Really nice place, extremely clean and huge bed for one short person like me😂 The bathroom was excellent too, especially the shower, it’s really clean and comfortable to shower in. There was complimentary breakfast as well but I missed. Staffs at the reception are really friendly too!

I was looking forward to the stay. However when I arrived on Thursday, 16th May around 9:00PM I was told by both receptionists that I had two rooms booked when only one was booked. I booked twice through another party and cancelled both and showed this to them on the app, clearly showing cancellations. They weren't really interested and said it was not their problem but mine! The said that I would be charged a no-show fee after midnight for the room, which would be about £300. I told them several times that I had proof of cancellation but they did not accept this. The told me to call the agents myself and sort it out. I had to send a message and call the agents at this time of night. Fortunately the agency was extremely helpful and said emails had been sent to the property indicating the cancellations and not to worry (unlike the two girls at reception). They then promised to contact the hotel directly and inform them. About 20 mins after sorting it out, the duty manager called me and said that it was sorted, I told them I had already sorted it myself after being told to by those two girls at reception. So it looked like the oversight was the hotel itself, not me, nor the agency. The agency also tried to call them to speak about the issue but nobody picked up the phone, even though there were two on duty and it was quiet. NOT the nicest or friendliest welcome to a hotel at all!! Aside from this, the room had a great view from the 25th floor, bed was not very comfortable and small. Staff were mostly nice, but some were miserable. All the other reception staff we spoke to were lovely. Breakfast was alright. Best thing about the hotel is the views really. I think if I hadn't had such an uncaring welcome, it wouldn't have tarnished my overall view.

I arrived at the hotel with my daughter for a three-night stay that was organized as a treat by my family. This break was much needed, and I was eager to enjoy our time there. On the first night, I discovered some issues with our room. I contacted the reception staff member, Ria, who handled the situation without hesitation. She promptly apologized and immediately arranged for us to change rooms. The following day, I spoke with the general manager, Florin, who was exceptional. He assured me that the issues would be addressed and sincerely apologized for the inconvenience. Additionally, we were offered a room upgrade, complimentary drinks, a late check-out, and a partial refund. I could not have asked for more; his professionalism and approach were truly commendable, significantly enhancing our overall stay—an experience I have never encountered in a hotel before. The staff members, Dhioovana and Olivia, were also fantastic. They were warm, welcoming, and consistently professional. No question was too much trouble for them, and they provided a wealth of information to help us navigate London. In my experience, the level of service from all the staff would not be out of place in a five-star hotel, which speaks volumes about their dedication. 3rd stay in this hotel already ! Definitely one of the best hotels in London. The room and all its amenities are way newer and bigger compared to those hotels in central London. The staff team is amazing as well, especially the receptionist who checked us in !

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Limehouse and had a fairly decent experience overall. The location is alright—convenient enough for getting around, though not the most central. The price was reasonable, especially considering that breakfast was included, and I appreciated the variety of options available in the morning. One of the highlights was the view, which was quite nice. However, the hotel was undergoing renovations during my stay, which have to get in through the back door. The biggest downside was the temperature—it was very cold, and there wasn’t much heating, which made the stay less comfortable than I would have liked. That said, I was placed on an upper floor where the windows were not fully covered, which I actually really appreciated as it allowed me to enjoy the view even more. Overall, it’s a decent choice for the price, would recommend it.

Location: Convenient for bus users with bus stops very close to the hotel. The train from Shadwell is easier to access (7 mins walk) than WC, and it transfers at Bank station, providing connections to multiple metro lines. Room: Generally clean but lacked a refrigerator, requiring you to store food items on the dressing table. The bathtub was a little slippery even with the rubber mat, so caution is advised and the toilet did not have a bidet. Breakfast: Good quality, but there was an issue with some patrons using the wrong tongs for different food items, which could be a concern for Muslim guests. Staff: Friendly and helpful, with a special mention of Flor for her cheerful morning greetings. Overall it was definitely a pleasant stay
