Location very close to tube station. Staff are friendly and breakfast is good.

Brilliant experience from start to finish. A lovely welcome from Caroline and the location is ideal. Right side Ealing Broadway and shops and the Tube station also. Loads to do nearby. Bedroom clean and breakfast very tasty! We had drinks one evening in the pub below and there was a lively atmosphere with sport on big screens.

Met by lovely guy when we arrived, staff there are amazing. My sister in law and i stayed in room 8, the beds were so comfortable best night's sleep had in a long time. Breakfast is basic but get's you through until lunchtime. Had a lovely sunday lunch there, must be very popular as was getting very busy. We were both pleased with our stay. Tube station is about 10 minutes walk away.

We booked last minute and arrived early because of a hotel hell experience in Acton. The staff were wonderful and turned the room around early for us. The bed was so comfortable, the furnishings were nice, the place was beautifully clean and nicely decorated. The bloke behind the bar was really nice to us because we arrived so early the hotel management weren't even in yet. Genuinely lovely people, would recommend this if you are going to Gunnersby park for any events. My only regret is that we booked the other hotel at all and didn't find this sooner.

We used the Kings Arms to hold a Wake for our dear brother. From the first time we contacted the hotel, we had excellent service. Not too far from East Devon Crem, it was perfect for us. We got quotes from a number of places, and this one beat them all! We had been quoted up to more than double. the price. Nice and easy to park, All guests were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. We were all made very welcome. The room was light and airy and warm. The food was excellent and one of my friends who is a very fussy, professional cook said it was brilliant. Teas and coffees were included in the price too. The place was very clean. There were about 50 of us and there was plenty of room for us all. Could have fitted more. Thank you to Freddie and the team, you went above and beyond.

We met up with some friends in Ealing and said we would like to eat , so they booked Sunday lunch for 5pm . What appealed to me was that they were advertising a carvery at the reasonable price of £16.95 , which these days is quite good, When we arrived we had a decent table ( unless you don't like sports as there are a number of television screens ) . We went up to the carvery and there was a choice of turkey , pork or gammon , with beef slightly more costly or a vegetarian option. I had all the trimmings which included roasties, crackling , peas, cabbage and sweetcorn ,a generous portion of everything and as much gravy as you wanted. Everything was hot and very tasty , unusual for a carvery as late as five pm. All our party enjoyed similar meals and none of us could fit in puddings. The staff were very friendly . It's close to the railway station so easy to get to and makes a change from all the other restaurants' Ealing has.

Great value for money Booked with *********** as in London for the weekend. Had stayed here 5 years ago and remember it being fine. Single room with ensuite, decent size. Fairly easy to find and a short walk from Ealing Broadway. Had a couple of beers in the pub and it is nice, breakfast was continental only but passable. Two complaints about room 1, I couldn't get the TV to work and nothing happened after I spoke to the barman. In fairness it was closing time in the pub and I should have checked it on arrival, I was in a rush to get to the theatre (easy to get to central London on the Elizabeth line). Also the dial on the shower was broken and I couldn't adjust the temperature but it was fine, not too hot or cold. However it was brilliant value for the price I paid and would not hesitate to stay here again.

We needed a place for 3 of us to sleepover prior to an early morning flight and had a triple room on the top floor. It was basic but clean and all we really needed. The staff were really friendly. The pub downstairs is a typical London pub with a good selection of beers, tables outside on the street and live sport on the TV. We shared a plate of fries loaded with chilli con carne and it was probably the best value and tasting meal we had in a 3-week trip through the UK and France. Our son lives in Ealing and this will be our go-to place when we visit in the future as it's close to the Elizabeth line so you are into town in no time.

I really like this pub! Great staff offer good customer service everytime I have visited. They show sport on the TV big screens, and recently had live music. (hopefully they will do this again as it created a good atmosphere in the pub) I have not seen the rooms so can not comment on them. Parking is difficult around the pub so check the signs if you are not using the NCP car park behind the pub.

Went for dinner with the family. A good selection to eat in a friendly pub (it was their St Patrick's menu) . A real pub with a nice atmosphere, friendly staff. A very good dinner, washed down with a nice pint of London Pride. We would definitely go back.

Thurs 22:37 You sent I wanted to say thank you to Stefan and all the staff for hosting our daughters 18th birthday this evening at the restaurant. Everything was amazing from the communication before hand, the space, the food and the service. We all had a fab time and were very well looked after. I would especially recommend the party buffet. We arrived by car and called ahead to check if parking was available, this pub has 4 parking spaces available but 8 rooms, so first come basis. We were informed it was and to drive round. Unfortunately the member of staff failed to tell us that The Grove had entry restrictions for cars due to schools at the time we were arriving. On ringing the pub to complain after the PCN notice had arrived a week later the same member of staff I spoke to knew all about these restriction and started to tell me it was because of the schools. This information was not provided in the how to arrive by car instructions sent in advance. So what was meant to be a budget B&B turned out to be an expensive B&B due to a £65 fine from Ealing Council which could have been avoided. BEWARE! The room we had was basic but adequate for one night. Getting to the room involved three flights of stairs. a friendly member of staff did helpfully carry my bag up. Room was quiet, clean, bed was comfortable. Bathroom sink was tiny. the room was lit by one ceiling light and had sash windows (which thankfully didn't rattle) and an original fireplace. It was warm. No hairdryer in the room but thankfully I had one with me. The next morning it was -2C outside and the breakfast room was rather cold . The staff informed me that the manager comes in later and turns the heating on. We did not linger over breakfast!

The building is quite old and in need of modernisation. The windows in the room were the original sash type which rattle - noticeable at night. Furniture and fittings were quite worn. A couple of practical notes - the sink was extremely small and a challenge to even brush your teeth and get your head over the sink at the same time! A small hairdryer is provided but there is nowhere to plug it in where you can actually see yourself in a mirror! I would say not good value at £100 a night I paid or indeed £160 a night another hotel resident apparently paid. On the plus side the room was nicely warm (it was a very cold night) bed reasonably comfortable and the evening bar staff were friendly and helpful.

Its with regret that once again and not for trying in hope things improve, you come away with a OK feeling and not a good one that is worthy of more than 2 stars, i think 2 because the Beavertown beer was probably the highlight overall. Cold in restaurant and understandably to some degree with fuel prices, but we are guests paying top notch gastro prices. if the food is hot then no problem but no not the case. Scallop assortment for starter the plate was cold, the seared scallops not even warm, it was a let down at over £12, Next the rib eye, cooked more than medium rare, little taste, cold plate, OK we got hot chips but only about 6, times have changed!! My sentiment was shared with my guests on table, if you fancy beer in what looks like an awesome looking pub then it gets a tick, food be ready to be disappointed.
