Rooms are very good. Breakfast very good. Lunch and dinner need improvement in test. Surrounding is good. Staff is good. Good and safe for family stay.

I was looking for peaceful stay of 2 days so i searched a lot of properties and finalised this one bases on reviews. There were no negative review of this property and checked the rooms also which are very large in size, properly maintained, great cleanliness, excellent seevice. Overall this stay meets of expectations.

Location and food was good but looks hotel is not ready for guests. Basic things like kettle or dryer missing. Had lots of mosquitos. So overall not good experience after spending so much of money

I have been to hotel grand visava for the first time. The hotel property was nice. However, the hospitality services were too bad. Staff was not at all cooperative, there were lot delays in room service we had to give multiple reminders for a single order. Staff also included false charges in the bill and were not ready to understand unless we have to prove them everything. Also, breakfast buffet had very limited options. Property also gives a false information about having mountain views and upon the reach they claim hotel doesn't have any such mountain views. Would never recommend anyone this place and it's not upto mark as per the price charged.

Best place for holidays. Especially for couples. Room service, food, other amenities, staff, location of property everything is so perfect. All appliances were working )

Staff is very courteous and polite. Service is good. However, food is average. Mountain view from the suite was not very proper, sort of only namesake. Suite details mentioned one king size bed and one single bed - enough for a stay of upto 4 pax. But the suite i got was enough for only two people at best.

Quite amazed with the hospitality of hotel visava. Courteous staff, all services upto the mark. Scrumptious food and very good property. Spacioud rooms and hygeinic too. Loved my stay here and would definitely visit again
