Location is perfect, convenient for everything. Staff was very friendly and speak good English. The only negative point was, the mini-bar or the small refrigerator was not functioning. We bought six-packs of beer for our stay but ended up drinking room temperature beer… Other than that, very good and clean hotel.

The rooms are small. The air conditioning does not work well. The breakfast is ok. The view sucks. The room smells stale. The shopping close by is good. But aside from that. I will not stay here again, it’s unfortunate being a 4 star hotel. I thought it would be better.

We loved our stay at the hotel! The bed linens were divine as were the pillow choices. I’d forgotten my toothbrush and was pleased to see an array of amenities and nice fresh robe. Breakfast was plentiful with excellent coffee. We will be back!

We have stayed in Logrono on many occasions, but this is the first time at this hotel. Handy, very central location, with underground parking, and very spacious parking, for a change ! Very clean rooms, excellent breakfast, good value for money. will be staying again next year.

A lovely 4 star hotel smack bang in the middle of town. We received a very professional and pleasant welcome and were given a large room on the 6th floor overlooking the Gran Via. Very clean, modern furnishings, with a fridge and free bottles of water. The marble-clad bathroom was large and had a bidet and bath. We had a very comfortable night. We would have been happy to give the hotel an excellent rating if it had been a little quieter. Although we were high up, we could hear road noise, the cleaner bumping around upstairs, and a fair bit of noise from the corridor. Also, for a four star hotel, I would have expected separate shower gel and shampoo, rather than an all-in-one lotion in a bottle, and a safe. It’s ideally placed if you’re travelling without a car, being about a 10 minute walk from the (huge and empty) train station and bus station.

The hotel was easy accesible, staff was very helpful. We received spontaneously an attention with fruit and cooled water! Breakfast was very rich with a lot of choices! The location was just outside the busy old center!

One of the worst hotels i’ve ever stayed in. 4 star? Maybe 1 star. It doesn’t look like it’s been decorated since 1972, it was old and tired. Not worth the money we paid. We are travelling across Spain and have stayed in many 1 star hotels that were a lot nicer.

Very nice location, and friendly staff. In the town center, very quiet room. Reception staff was very helpful and took time to answer to a few question we have.. Plenty of restaurants all around. 10' from Rioja airport.

El Hotel Carlton en Logroño es siempre una opción altamente recomendable para nuestros clientes y colaboradores internacionales. Su ubicación en pleno centro de la ciudad permite un acceso rápido a las principales atracciones y restaurantes. Las instalaciones son cómodas y bien mantenidas, ideales tanto para estancias de trabajo como de ocio. Además, el servicio es impecable y siempre profesional, lo que hace que el hotel sea una opción confiable para cualquier tipo de visita a Logroño.

La fachada y recepción reformadas, que te hacen esperar "un plus" en la habitación. Habitación muy amplia. Baño reformado, pero puertas tanto principal como baño necesitan un cambio. Mobiliario de la habitación quizás algo amortizado. Camas cómodas, y limpieza correcta en toda la habitación y hotel. Pedimos habitación con vistas a la avenida, ya que te puede tocar a patio. A 5 minutos andando de la calle Laurel, con lo que absolutamente bien ubicado Cogimos plaza de parking en el hotel y nos permitieron alargarla hasta las 17:00 aun siendo el check out a las 12:00. Personal de recepción muy muy amable. El parking tiene unas 9 o 10 plazas amplias una vez aparcado, pero para vehículos largos puede ser pelín justitas las maniobras.
