Hotel Evenia Olympic Park

Again we could not fault our stay at the Evenia Olympic Park. The staff work so hard and are all lovely people! We have visited 4 times now and we’ve never had an issue. We’ve been home 3 days and have already booked for next year. We can’t wait! Thank you for yet again another brilliant stay Evenia.

put on floor with a school trip, teenagers shouting and running in the hall way, banging on our door till late, then loud in room playing music and shouting. The room was above the seating area and music kept us up till 12, I understand the entertainment will go on till late but you should be able to sleep at your leisure, even with noise cancelling headphones and pillow over head you could hear everything. Walls paper thin and if you’ve got loud drunk neighbours who are up till 4am it will ruin your holiday. Air con leaking on floor Curtain rail hanging off wall Balcony door didn’t lock Some food moldy Pool caused skin irritation Locals hate tourists. People defecting on floors in toilets sanitary products left on seats. Seems like a party hotel, DJ sets till 12 which you can hear in room, people passed out on floor drunk. Security on all night for safety as it gets that bad. Not as advertised not a family hotel. Tui did not help.

The hotel is really nice, it is part of a group of hotels that all share facilities. It is very accessible and well laid out. The staff are amazing. However... Tui did not explain it was a Spanish family destination and English visitors were very outnumbered. The first problem we encountered was on arrival, we arrived at 9.45 am and were not allowed food or drink from any restaurant or snack bar until 12pm. Explaining to hungry tired kids they cant have what everyone else is eating and drinking is tough. Yes, I'm british so we ignored the rule and grabbed a few croissants from a snack station only to be admonished by staff within seconds. The spanish families all had gold wristbands which acted like fastpass. They ducked queues, which there were lots of for everything from getting in to the restaurant to getting served at buffet stations to getting a drink. All inclusive food was poor at best. Always luke warm, always the same choices. The drinks were not great, the arcticapache unbranded spirits and premade cocktails were very weak. The gold bands had branded. And fresh made cocktails. That said... if you have a young family and want basic food, brilliant themed kids entertainment and very safe play and pool areas you will love this. Its not really for us, older parents with 2 late teenagers, theres nothing for them to do and the average kids there are between babies and 14. Be perpared for noise too. The Spanish are loud, very loud! The restaurant is deafening and you hear crying babies 24/7. Hotel walls are thin. Tv has 0 uk channels but you dont need a tv on holiday in my opinion. Shower brilliant. Beds super comfey. I know my review is critical but the rep could and should have warned us about this in the shop. It was one of the best organised and clean hotels with amazing helpful staff I have stayed in, but not suited to our holiday needs.

Room is ok. Basic and clean. We are a family of 2 adults a 14yr old and an 8yr old. Large queues for food and drinks. Food was ok sometimes but mainly rubbish and sometimes undercooked. Breakfast was the best out of the lot but I have had better in other all inclusive holidays. Entertainment is dull. I have had a good time mainly down to coming away with family. Location is not far from the town and beach and you can choose to eat out so all is not lost if you can’t stand the restaurant in the hotel. I would not stay here again.

The staff were wonderful the reception sorted everything quickly and the rooms were cleaned and refreshed every day, the hospitality staff gave a personable service on first name terms! The pools were cold but it was Sept! Lovely swim up bar, kid’s entertainment looked brilliant! Good location 15 min walk to beach which was a perfect location, shops & bars & restaurants galore! The hotel is definitely a great find for couples & families & singles extremely friendly.

Just enjoyed a fabulous week at this hotel, the reception staff were so friendly and welcoming from the time we arrived to when we left. The hotel is spotlessly clean , room a little basic, but for the price you can't go wrong. Cleaned daily to a very good standard and fresh towels everyday. My 3 year old loved all of the day and night activities, kids club and disco were his favourite and again the staff in the kids club were amazing with all the young ones. Loads of sun beds available around the pools, areas also so clean. Food was average all inclusive hotel fare, bit of a lottery as nothing Is marked what it is! The snack bar is always the same but never a problem for us. Never any trouble for getting a drink and the bar staff always greeted us with a smile and politeness . All in all I highly recommend this hotel and llorett de mar is a beautiful place with a vibrant night life

From the arrival until our departure, i am honestly pleased to be hosted is such an amazing hotel such Evenia Olympic Park. I am definitely coming next year.

Rooms cleaned every day , fresh towels and bedding which I really appreciate this. The snack bar was my favourite food really fresh compared to the rest , very big pools plenty of space to sit around no need to save beds. Walls are relatively thin , had no soap in ladies bathroom for the full week we was there must’ve been waiting on a delivery… Location is good , rather not be in the hustle of all the crowds , very busy place! I’ve been to Evenia hotels previously so I booked this one with my family to introduce them to the lovely service , food and drinks but I was a little embarrassed by the let down , Roquetas de mar Evenia park 100% runs rings around this hotel with the way the management have organised everything, we got drinks brought to us on a evening and olives requested at the bar , even drinks brought to your table on a evening watching entertainment , amazing service felt royalty . Sadly this hotel didn’t offer this so I would never come back but possibly to the other if it hasn’t gone down hill. Thankyou for my stay

Pool area is the best part, everything else is pretty poor. Walls are so thin can hear everything kept us awake some nights. Food was really repetitive and just not very nice all tasted the same and was so salty. Partner got food poisioning as well and could even hear other people throwing up while we was there and heard of others getting it too.
