The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. No hot water and when we asked after three days for another room the receptionist Mary/Maria started attacking me. We had spoken to the police about them. There are many nice hotels in Livigno do not stay here

The charming and friendly restaurant staff at Teola Livigno serve good, three course dinners and the breakfast buffet if substantial. So far so good… We arrived at 08.00, but our room was not ready until 17.10. Once in the room we discovered that there was no hot water and the Wi-Fi so poor that we had no internet facilities in our room for the seven days we stayed. Wi-Fi in the lobby is fine. There was never hot water in our bathroom between 15.00 -19.00 which is precisely when tired skiers need to freshen up after a long day on the piste. This is simply unacceptable. The furniture in the lobby is very worn to say the least, and in dire need of renewal. I cannot recommend this hotel until it has been renovated and the management starts to take the concerns of the guests seriously.

Cannot really fault this hotel. The building is what it is, old but decently kept. A little bit of more attention to maintenance, particularly in the rooms, would go a long way. Rooms and bathrooms are on the smallish side but equipped with all basic requirements and clean. Our room had a nice large balcony overlooking the village and the mountains. Reception/lounge area and restaurant/breakfast room are large, nicely done up and welcoming. Ski and boots storage is very well set and very easily accessible by vehicle at the back of the hotel and internally connected to the reception area. Breakfast is great and the perfect start for a busy day on the slopes. Staff are attentive and ready to help. Apart from having it's own restaurant, the hotel also offers free transport to a couple of restaurants in the village. It is not top-notch but I would not mind staying there again.

Nice room for the price with slightly cramped bathroom facilities. Clean, very friendly staff who spoke basic English. They will make recommendations for places to eat, Angelica was very good. Do keep in mind restaurants do not open for dinner till 7 pm. Great breakfast!

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana meravigliosa all'insegna della buona cucina e dello sci, grazie alla cortese accoglienza della ragazza alla reception, Mari, che ci ha fatti sentire come a casa e alla simpatica umanità e professionalità del capo sala nel ristorante. Tutto il personale si è sempre dimostrato gentile e disponibile. Menzione particolare per chi lavora in cucina perchè ogni sera a cena, ma anche a colazione, abbiamo mangiato in abbondanza con livelli qualitativi che superano molti alberghi di ben altro "lignaggio". Dalle finestre della camera si gode un bellissimo panorama sul paese, il cui centro è ben collegato con bus gratuito ma anche raggiungibile con una passeggiata di dieci minuti. Alcuni dettagli della struttura sono migliorabili ma il rapporto qualitàprezzo molto vantaggioso aiuta facilmente a chiudere un'occhio. In definitiva un esperienza che speriamo di ripetere quanto prima.

Ho soggiornato in quest hotel nel mese di agosto 2023, già al mio arrivo ho capito che aria tirasse quando al check-in mi sono ritrovata davanti ad una receptionist maleducata che trattava gli ospiti con sufficienza come se le stessimo facendo un torto a farla lavorare. La camera piccola, scomoda, con una porta di compensato, con varie macchie e puzza di umidità. Il bagno invivibile in quanto il soffitto del sotto tetto era troppo pendente. Alla sera era anche impossibile bere un the al bar, sempre la reception, sbuffava alla richiesta e preparava le cose controvoglia. Note positive: la colazione e la gentilezza del resto del personale (i due ragazzi in reception e le signore che rifacevano le camere).
