Never really had much to complain about, i’m a “Z member” which it advertises online as entitled to a room upgrade subject to availability and complimentary wine and cheese each night of your stay, and late check out each night me and my partner have stayed none of that has been mentioned or given to us as these apparent “z members” fire alarms went off and they weren’t very trained? staff could stand inside of the building to keep warm and we all had to stand on the other side of the road freezing in baltic weather? only care about themselves never had much to complain about but this was an absolute joke one rule for them one rule for us ? don’t advertise members are eligible for these “luxuries” and then we don’t receive them?

Just back from staying at The Z Hotel this weekend Staff were brilliant and very helpful The location was perfect as it is just a short walk to Matthew Street for the night life & Livepool One for the shopping I would like to say a big thank you to the manager Charlie for the present the wife mentioned it was birthday on the Monday and I got a little Teddy as a present The Hotel was very clean and the rooms were modern & up to date flat screen TV in the room with SKY on it The only negative I would have to say was the beds were a bit hard I would like to finish of by highly recommending this hotel for anyone staying in Liverpool or planning a trip to Liverpool as it isbin a great location and has everything in walking distance from the main shops and Albert docks as well and look forward to going back again myself

Wonderful staff and service, great location and the food is lovely... Great power showers! Also It is definitley y worthwhile upgrading too a larger room with a view when available.... It really feels like a home from home, rooms are mostly compact with everything you expect to pind in a hotel.

Second visit to a Z hotel and I believe they have it right for a small room hotel. The room is the size it is and as long as you are happy with that you will be happy with the quality, cleanliness, extras and most of all the service the staff need to be commended.

Nice hotel with small reception on ground floor. Service is nice. Staff cool & helpful. Hotel is just next to city centre n metro station. Plenty of cafe n restaurant all around. Beautiful views of the city from room windows. Room was ok with working air con. Everything really good except lifts. Either u can wait for one and only lift working for a big hotel which has 8 floors. It was nightmare for us. A lift where hardly 4 people can stand is working for up down with full of people. Not happy for such thing. Except that all fine and happy to stayed there.
