Good stay handy location for the events arena & Liverpool 1 . Reasonable buffet breakfast. Only thing which slight let it down was the shower curtain had quiet visible marks all down it like recent paint which came off in the water!

Great location and very clean hotel. Staff are really friendly and gave great service.

位於市中心，旁有購物中心，緊鄰碼頭，因為附近有政府機構，治安相對安全。 樓下有Tesco express 開到晚上11點，不論是購買早餐還是宵夜都很方便。 服務人員親切的給了我們高樓層的景觀房。 房內整體舒適。 不方便的部分是吹風機要向櫃檯提前借。 浴室沒有提供任何清潔用品，且濕氣悶很久的臭味需要改進。

We arrived early afternoon wishing to check in and get to a music festival, we were informed that the rooms were ready but there would be a ten pounds early check in charge for this two hour early check in! This charge makes no sense if the room is already prepared so no additional work is required it is just a way to get more money from customers!

I always stay here if I can after a night out in Liverpool. The staff are lovely, it's close to all tourist spots, the arena and other amenities. Yes it's basic but the price reflects that and I never have any complaints

We had a fabulous experience with Travelodge The Strand Liverpool 22/06 /2024 first time at this hotel and we will definitely be back .The staff are great and helpful. Our 50th anniversary and was really pleased with our stay here and easy to see lots of sights THANKYOU.

Avoid this hotel. Had booked a room in a few weeks in advance to stay on a Saturday night. We knew it would be busy because of Aintree and Liverpool were playing at home. Got a call 2days before we were due to stay, to tell us that the hotel were doing “maintenance” and would we mind changing hotels to one 5miles outside the city. We were polite and said we would prefer not to because we had plans that night and wanted to be in the city centre. The lady on the phone said she would get back to us if it was an issue. We didn’t get any more correspondence. When we got to the hotel on Saturday evening, we were greeted by a lovely receptionist who said they didn’t have a room for us. She couldn’t do a thing except send us to the hotel 5miles away. We asked to speak to the manager, who had went home and was refusing to speak to anybody. The receptionist said that the hotel had overbooked and 8 couples had arrived with no rooms for them. She said the company do this all the time and leave it up to the receptionists to deal with the customers. We had no choice but to go out to the other hotel. This new hotel was a lot cheaper than our original and to this day the only compensation we have received is our taxi fare and an offer of a breakfast the next time we stay. Horrendous customer service, considering they have the nerve to charge over £230 for a room.

Haven’t wrote a review for ages but thought this was worth it. Having booked it for a cheap night away to see an exhibition in Liverpool, I could not have been more happy with my choice. It was a fantastic price (this was midweek so may change at weekends) so wasn’t expecting much however the room was clean, the beds were comfortable and having the views of the Albert dock and Liver Building was an extra bonus. The location could not have been any better for us given where we wanted to go and the parking nearby was perfect. I have stayed in Liverpool before but give how positive my experience has been, this would be the place I stayed in future.

It’s in a very good location, to the Albert Docks, to go shopping. Restaurants/drinks. Very easy to get to if you are going or coming from the ferry. The staff are very friendly, and would try to help with whatever the problem there was.

Very clean and good value for money. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier. Beds were very comfortable and the location was excellent for a trip to Liverpool, especially if you’re visiting the docks. We would definitely stay again if we were returning to Liverpool
