Centrally located hotel, close to all tourst attractions. Friendly service. Very clean room. Breakfast is good, though not too many varieties. But coffee is very good. Recommended.

Staff are accommodating. Room is cleaned everyday. No noise. Breakfast is good. Highly recommend. Will book again when I come back to Liverpool. ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ

Clean room with complimentary coffee and tea. Location is great just few minutes walk to centre, different restaurants and pubs outside. Great location. Breakfast not that bad. But just few selection from english breakfast, cereals and muffins. Juices and coffee. They are generous on shampoo, conditioner and body lotion just bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste as they donโ€™t provide. comfy bed but itโ€™s not soundproof. Im sleeping and suddenly i heard in other room they are making out. And the woman moan so loud that my sleep disturbed for a few minutes. My advice is go out and have lots of walks so when you got back to hotel youโ€™re knackered and sleep well so you wonโ€™t hear any noise LOL. ๐Ÿ˜‚ friendly and accomodating staff.

Immaculate clean hotel, lovely and helpful staff, lovely breakfast but it was a small corner of downstairs and it got very cramped even at a quiet time

The hotel is brand new and in excellent condition. Room size is reasonable, in compare with similar grade hotel, especially the shower room. Breakfast is good and would be even better if more fruits are available and if the croissants are warm and crispy.

Mostly very positive experience. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean, except for blood stains on the sheets, which were changed at the second time of asking. Breakfast was very good with full English style buffet and pancakes and coffee. Staff at front desk were great. I would choose to stay here for my next Liverpool trip.
