Shabby and rundown hotel, simple breakfast with muffin as the main course. Additionally, the sound proofing in the rooms we're extremely poor as we could hear the sounds of our neighbours resulting in bad sleep. On the other hand rhe location was great as it was next to the highway and the enormous mall with attractions rhat will keep you entertained for days.

Checked in was quick and easy, the shuttle was early and we had an amazing driver! And my banana muffin at 4am was very much appreciated even though breakfast didn’t start till 6. Happy to recommend this hotel.

I stay here a lot. I wish they allow late check out. My train is around 3 in the afternoon. So I have to wait at the train more than three hours.

Booked a one-night here en route to Boston with my 9 yr old, based on other reviews.
Despite the hotel rating, we found our check-in (after 9pm) to be hassle-free and felt safe. Our room was clean and comfortable. It was quite through the night. Liked the access to a mini fridge and microwave. Though we missed the breakfast as we slept in, we were able to grab a muffin and coffee on our way out.
Bonus: McDonad’s in front of the entrance!

The website actually has, what is offered: safe parking, airport shuttle (and an Uber, if arrival is too late for the shuttle), clean neat rooms. We tried two other, more expensive-by far-places that although shuttle and free parking while you travel, were offered on line, when. We arrived, this was not accurate. The staff here were incredibly helpful and kind.

Hotel room was small but clean. Could hear every word of the noisy guests in the next room until well after midnight. Called the front desk twice and unfortunately their attempts to have the guests be quiet did nothing. Would not stay again as walls are too thin.
