房間不錯，比較新，早餐也不錯，就是不知道是什麼機器的聲音，比較吵

Awesome stay

The staff here was really lovely. The hotel was very busy with a hockey tournament so lots of kids running around, which is fine. The staff made an effort to put our room in a quieter area and asked us multiple times how we were doing. Great hotel, very comfortable. My only complaint is that the blankets were thin. It was pretty cold outside (10 F) and snowing pretty hard and the heat was pretty loud. They may have extra blankets, we just didn't ask (it was pretty late). Otherwise, I'd stay here again!

Everything blankets and no rug or carpet so the room was quite chilly. Smoking/cigarette smell in common areas was very strong

I would definitely stay here again. Staff was very friendly and I couldn't believe how clean this hotel is. We travel alot and have stayed in alot of hotels and this one is definitely the cleanest one we've ever stayed at.

Tru is the highest quality hotel near the Syracuse airport. The staff are friendly and accommodating and the rooms are spacious and clean.

Very nice, clean, newer, quiet hotel. It was close to everything. Everyone was very helpful. The hotel gym was nice and had everything needed for a good workout.

This is the first time I've stayed at a Tru Hotel and we had a great experience. Very clean, quiet, and great service.
