Great hotel. More like a nice 4 star, rather than a ,5 star, but still very good
Nice breakfast bar with lots of different cheese and sausage, great coffee. Even champagne!
Staff was friendly and helpful.
Great location to nearby parks and up and coming trendy bars and restaurants.
Would stay again for sure!

非常爛的酒店，衞生間奇小無比，門還巨多，感覺一直在開關浴室的門，廁所的門，浴缸上的擋板。淋雨出水方式非常奇特，第一晚還以為淋雨沒有水，給前台打了十幾個電話沒人接，讓攜程聯繫也聯繫不上，衹能親自下去找人修，我問前台為什麼沒人接電話，她説我們太忙了，請問這是理由嗎？還説通常情況下是有人接的，還讓我多打幾個，我説我打了十幾個也沒人接，她説那就是我們太忙了。沐浴露的噴頭是壞的，按不出來任何東西，設施老舊，酒店是東西向的，很冷。隔音不是一般的差，我一般不挑酒店隔音問題，因為這是通病，但是這家酒店差到讓我知道隔壁住的是印度人。多次路過前台，都沒有人在，第二天Wi-Fi斷網，又是親自跑到前台找他們調試，找了好久才找到人，進酒店大堂後要下三四節大樓梯，沒用門僮給拿行李，不是門僮不給拿，是根本沒有門僮。酒店位置不好，要爬很陡的坡，非常累，爬了一次之後就一直打車出行了。

酒店位置不錯，距離里斯本老城區不遠，走路大概15分鐘，在自由大道附近，走路5分鐘就能知直達地鐵和公交站，各大奢侈品店雲集。考慮到里斯本高高低低的路和里斯本不高的Uber車費，還是建議打Uber比較輕鬆。酒店附近有好幾家早餐麪包店，味道很好吃。
床挺大的，兩個大人帶個小朋友睡基本沒問題。
酒店自帶停車位，15歐一天，但門口就有計時停車位早9到晚7每兩小時3.2歐，晚7到早9免費停，週六週日全天免費。有個最大的bug就是停車位最長一次衹能買2個小時停車票，也就是每2個小時得買一次。所以如果把車停酒店，打車出去玩的，可能就不適合停外路邊了。停車票衹能用硬幣買，真心覺得設計的很不合理。
酒店的服務人員都很好，很善良。我們第一次自助買停車券會用，酒店工作人員耐心帶我們去機器上實操演示，有一次買停車票沒有硬幣，去前台換錢，前台沒那麼多錢，小哥主動自掏腰包先借給我們，的確很感動。點贊👍🏻

整體很一般，我們兩個大人一個孩子訂了一間大床房然後登記的時候服務員女士要我掏出所有護照（ALL）我掏出3人護照後她藉口我在平台上以一個人的身份訂的酒店現在要住3個人要加錢，我迫不得已衹好加錢一天60歐元💶因為現訂酒店來不及了。我們加錢後服務沒有任何變化還是原來的大床房甚至毛巾牙具拖鞋都是按照2人標準提供的。這一點很不高興感覺被算計了一樣。

酒店地理位置很好，沿一條小路下去就是自由大道，走1公里不到就是榮耀升降機。沿另一個方向走也是1公里不到就有個大超市Pingo Doce。
房間很乾凈，就是歐洲酒店都偏小，加了床就幾乎無法挪步去陽台了，這個還是24平的。浴室設計不太合理，大門對着床，有人要早起開燈其他人就睡不好了。但歐洲酒店設計都偏老氣，大部分都不會考慮這類問題。
服務非常熱忱，前台有求必應。入住時説希望給個陽台房，前台不僅給陽台房還是能看到聖若熱城堡的陽台房。我請他們微波爐熱個麪，凍個冰袋分分鐘搞定。
早餐非常豐盛，煙燻三文魚是標配，其他肉蛋麪包牛奶水果品質也很高。我天天三文魚配着生蔬菜吃，也算補充了纖維素。
對了，酒店飲用水每天贈送一玻璃瓶，喝完得自己買。

It was wonderful balcony and the view over Lisbon. We had an open balcony over the night and the view over Lisbon was splendid.
The room has Nespresso machine but no tea that wasn’t good as I am a passionate tea drinker,
The hotel suit was very comfortable and bed extra big. Our son was also very comfortable in the other room on the sofa.

It’s not a 5 star hotel, it is a 4 star hotel that has ticked the boxes of 5 star hotels. The restaurant downstairs is in a strange hallway and is never used. The bathrooms are big and the location is perfect with lots of sky bars and easy access to popular locations.

5 stars is the highest hotel rating normally available in Europe. This hotel is very nice, super clean and the staff is excellent, but still we didn't get that feeling of 5 stars. Maybe it was in the small details, such that vanity things missing in the bathroom (although available on request), electrical outlets not being straight, bathroom fixes of poor quality, and so on. Things that didn't affect our stay but just removed that feeling of a 5 star concept all the way.
Never tried bar / restaurant / facilities.
Location is central and walking distance to many things (or else Uber is excellent).
Anyway, the hotel and the room was generally very nice, so would absolutely both return and recommend!
