The checking process for this apartment was the most painful part ever, they have left things to technology but their tech didn’t seem to work . After 30 mins call with advisor in middle of night finally we checked in our room., One miss at Trip.com’s side is that I was never provided the correct booking number starting with 6 which was to be used for machine check in which caused all the confusion and time wastage. The room and location itself were ok and walkable to most shopping, eating and attractions in Lisbon. We took apartment for 4 which has a double bed and 2 single sofa beds up and down , overall apartment is small for 4 but functional in small space.

I had some trouble to check-in at the kiosk, so needed to call to the help center, which was helpful. And I had to pay overcharged city tax on the kiosk to finish the self check-in and I was told to send an email to claim the refund. Apart from that the place was enjoyable to stay.

Overall, it was a satisfactory accommodation, but there seemed to be some areas that needed improvement. The accommodation fee was doubled, but it was not very good because the hotel did not communicate well. The kitchen utensils were also clean and good overall, but the outside of the accommodation was a bit noisy, and the elevator was broken, so it was quite difficult to move the luggage up to the 5th floor. Other than these two factors, it was a satisfactory accommodation. The view was good.

The apartment was quite nice, very well located and quite clean. The only thing was that the elevator was out of service for over 24 hours, and since it's on the top floor, it was a bit of a chore having to go up and down five floors all the time. On top of that, the fire alarm went off by mistake at 8 a.m., and the entire building had to be evacuated, which also upset everyone a bit. Nevertheless, the apartment is great, very well equipped.

I didn't receive an email with the key required to check in. Other than that, I had no complaints and the facilities and location were great.

The check-in process was too difficult.. The location, cleanliness, etc. were fine! The elevator was great! I recommend it! I want to use it again next time if I have the chance.

Small room but very well located, bright, clean and with all the essentials. The space is very well optimized and the appliances work great.

Because it is an apartment, the whole self-service system operates to obtain the room number and password, and the service is not available. I give 3 points because the self-service machine is equipped with a telephone. If you encounter problems, you can ask for help. The apartment facilities are definitely not comparable to the hotel, but the overall is very clean and hygienic. The location is very central, it belongs to the core area of scenic spots, it is very close to the commercial plaza and baixa on foot, and there are many places to eat. Tips: Due to the small size of the room, a maximum of 2 people.
