Duplo Charme Boutique Hotel

I do not recommend! I had the most unpleasant experience at this hotel. The room they provided us was so small that you couldn't even open your suitcase, and to go to the bathroom, you had to squeeze through the narrow passage between the bed and the wall. On the Booking app, the pictures of this room were different, and the room appeared much larger and more spacious. Communication with the hotel staff was extremely difficult, faulty, and in a very offensive tone. After several discussions that led nowhere, we gave up having any further arguments and decided to leave the hotel. In addition to the room charge, we also paid a city tax of 4€/day, money which we didn't get back. Booking did not intervene much and left the hotel staff to do as they pleased, which greatly disappointed me, considering that I am a genius client, have used the app for a long time, and received no support at all. Plus, this is my first experience of this kind. A very disappointing experience that ruined our vacation mood and resulted in extra money spent for services we didn’t benefit from at all.

Very happy with the hotel and the staff. Room may have been small, but clean and bathroom was new. Found it was in walking distance to shops and restaurants. The staff at front desk were very helpful. We had a few hiccups with language and tickets, but front desk staff were more than happy to help, sorted everything out and printed all tickets. Big bonus is they had smart TV so were able to watch programs in English.

Stayed 3 nights, hotel in grotty area, miles away from anywhere. A few half decent restaurants nearby nothing special. Marcia at reception couldn't check us in at stated check in time of 3pm made us wait 40mins, no apologies her attitude was just tough luck. Room and bed very small, couldn't get on to balcony because of broken door hinge. Filthy dirty carpet in room, dirty stained runner on bed had to remove both for fear of catching something. Key card wouldn't open door had to keep taking it to Marcia receptionist who reprogramed numerous times, we suggested it was the batteries in lock, as always she didn't give a dam, eventually lock stopped working altogether and another more helpful receptionist replaced batteries. Safe didn't work, fridge didn't work at all. Breakfast was average mostly cold and tasteless, bread and fresh fruit was good. Filthy carpet in hallways, stairs and reception area. I communicated this to management though *********** messages and had no response or satisfaction. Cleaner didn't replenish tea and coffee etc.

On arrival for 3pm check in were told we'd have to wait 10 mins which turned into 40 . No apologies just a dirty look and you will have to wait . Finally checked in to a very small room which was ok but on looking around found fridge didn't work ,balcony door was heavy and broken to dangerous to use, carpet in room and all halls were absolutely putrid we couldn't stand on it as bottom of feet went black . Bathrooms were newly renovated small but nice .Card kept cutting out the receptionist Marcy didn't seem to care and looked at us like we were stupid . The next person on reception was very helpful and he came up and changed the batteries and fixed it . TV was good many channels in english . Bed comfotable linen clean. No shampoo or other amenities only body wash . Breakfast was average nice breads and fresh peaches and plums but bacon eggs and sausages were all cold very bland also . It's not near any bus or train stations and not many restaurants in the area and what there is are average . Carla on reception very helpful.

camera e letti piccoli ma stanza cmq accogliente, pulita e confortevole, con un minimale terrazzino per relax o per fumare. Colazione abbondante e Continental, molto bravi su questo. Lo consiglierei assolutamente, peccato sia un bel po' fuori mano dal centro

personnel très agréable, la chambre était bien équipée (dommage de ne pas fournir autre chose que du thé comme des sticks de café...) et propre. Petit balcon donnant sur la rue. Quelques restaurants sympas a proximité et dans la rue parallèle derrière. Un chouilla loin des endroits touristique. A réserver aux marcheurs ou ceux qui sont véhiculés
