Really well located for bus and metro transport, clean and well presented. Friendly checkin, adequate information and excellent wifi. Felt safe in the room as has good security on each floor (our room was on the 6th floor). Having the little balcony was a bonus for the fresh air. Has eateries/cafes/shops and a good laundry nearby. The lifts are slow and you may wait a bit but who needs to be in a hurry in Lisbon? Yes, the towels were rough but really, not an issue.

Location: 1 mins walk to metro station and supermarket Room: big enough, clean. Can be a little noisy due to traffic. Good shower. No safe in the room Staff: very friendly and helpful Would stay there again.

I had just flown from the Azores before my flight back to Canada. I needed something close to the airport and inexpensive. I was pleasantly surprised as they had my room ready 2 hrs early, close to everything but most of all really clean and secure. My only suggestion is do not take a taxi from the airport to the hotel. Leave the grounds of the airport and hail one. Going 10min down the road cost me 50 Euros...going back to the hotel the following morning only cost 7 euros....don't get ripped off :)

Good value/quality relation. The room is very clean. the staff is kind. For the purpose of staying overnight to catch an early flight, it was the ideal option With the wind the awning on the balcony made a lot of noise during the night. The insonorisation is not good, you can heard the other guests is their rooms.

A hospedagem é honesta, confortável, sempre limpa, oferece aquilo que promete. Localização bem próxima ao metrô, supermercados e comércio. Banheiro com água quente. Wi-Fi disponível sempre e rápido. Seria perfeita se dispusesse de um frigobar. Ótimo custo-benefício na cidade.

Ottima soluzione per visitare Lisbona, a due minuti a piedi dalla fermata metro Arroios, ben collegata all'aeroporto e al centro città. Si trova al 7° piano di un palazzo dotato di ascensore, su una strada trafficata ma il rumore non si sente molto

Une bonne surprise pour cette réservation en vacances à Lisbonne. Facile à trouver , avec la station de métro "Arrios" à environ 150m en sortant à droite de la résidence qui permet d'aller au centre ville ou alors si vous êtes marcheur vous prenez à gauche en sortant de la résidence et c'est parti pour 2 kms de marche. Accueil vraiment sympathique à la réception au 7ème étage. A la fin de notre séjour, on nous a même gentiment proposer de garder nos bagages en attendant notre départ vers l'aéroport. Par contre ce n'est qu'une résidence donc pas de service petit déjeuners ou autres. Une astuce que nous avons testée: en sortant de la résidence à droite et juste avant le métro arrêtez vous pour prendre votre petit déjeuner à la pastelaria " Luso Americana". Accueil très sympa du patron, petit déjeuner très correct et surtout prix très léger. Une bonne adresse avec un prix correct par rapport à beaucoup d'autres que nous avons consultées.

Está muy bien, muy limpio y cómodo. Situado entre las paradas de metro de Arrojos y Anjos (línea verde). Por la zona hay pastelerías para poder desayunar. Con coche se aparca en la calle y hay que pagar, nosotros aparcamos 3 coches sin mucho problema. El residencial está muy cuidado y la recepción y el trato super correcto, muy amables.

O hotel é simples, mas com ótimo custo benefício. É bem seguro, limpo e o atendimento de todos foi excelente. Há uma entrada de metrô muito próxima e a localização é boa, com mercado, farmácia e padarias tudo perto.
