A very positive experience from booking to checkout. Everyone involved was very helpful. The apartment was beautifully designed, well maintained and very clean. Kitchen is also well laid out. The apartment was well located, we walked everywhere. There are many places nearby to have breakfast, lunch and drinks. A 10 minute walk to very lovey eateries for dinner. We will stay again. Lisbon is so beautiful!

The beautiful exterior is matched with an elegant interior. We, a family of 5, stayed in one of the 2 bedroom apartments, which was spacious and very comfortable. The management is very responsive over email (never waited more than a minute for a response), and friendly. But, our favorite part of the house was the location. immediately in front of the building is a square with a kiosk serving espresso, snacks and showing European football matches. You have your pick of many charming coffee shops and restaurants within five minutes. The central Lisbon tourist area is just a 15-20 minute walk, and water front about 10 minutes.

Superb accommodation in a really cool part of the city. Perfectly located for transport links, great bars and restaurants. Our single room studio was perfect for our 3 night stay. We had everything we needed in a well furnished, beautifully renovated apartment.

We stayed in the penthouse apartment for three nights in February. Start with the positives. It has a great location, a very well-appointed interior, plus super responsive, kind and helpful staff. The apartment was cleaned every day and had faultless quality. However, both bedrooms and one bathroom have compromised ceiling heights, which are NOT shown in the property images online (see my images for reference). This isn't very ethical and needs to be shown for future guests. It is a top-floor apartment that is built into the roof space in a loft style. The master bedroom has low ceilings that you need to duck under to get to the bathroom. I am 1.80m tall and had to do this each time. The second bedroom has a bed located under the slanting roof, so a person needs to lie on the bed to get in each night. The bathroom has a low-height entry, but once inside, it is fine. Also to note, there are two big building sites in operation at the front of the property, with any lower floors getting more noise from the works. In the summer, this will be a problem when the windows are open. The other apartments in the complex do not have height issues and would be fantastic to stay in. It really is a cool neighbourhood, with loads of cafes, bars and restaurants close by. This review is for any travellers looking to book the penthouse apartment only.

After having stayed at the Hermitage Castelo Casa Saint Jorge, I decided to try their sister property located closer to the city centre (6 mins walk away from Time Out Market). Happy to report that it's exactly what I expected. A wonderful location, with great transport links, professional service, and clean apartments. The style is very modern, yet keeps the typical Lisbon charm. Would not hesitate to stay at either of these places again.

We stayed here for a few nights when in Lisbon and it was perfect. Fantastic location in the design district and a great size too with everything that you need for a stay in the City. Reasonable too. We would definitely return and highly recommend to others.
