very clean and you can ask them for amenities if you forget to bring them! the breakfast was much better than other holiday inn express ~

Great location close to the Marques de Pombal metro station. The room is cozy and comfortable. The breakfast is not too good but still has a lot of choices.

The staff is very nice. I dislike that the cleaning crew changes all the towers daily, even when I say no The huge price rise since last year in unexplainable. The location is the same, the building has water infiltrations(today rained a bit and the breakfast room had 3 buckets for the water plus 2 more in the reception). The breakfast is decent, comparable with a 50€ hotel I use in the same city. Won't stay here again until the price gets reasonable.

訂的是家庭房，在沒有提前預知酒店會帶一位12歲以下的小孩情況下，説明原因，酒店讓小孩免費入住和免費用酒店的早餐，非常人性化。酒店的位置非常便利，去附近景點都可以用走的，city walk就可以了

Llegamos mucho antes de la hora del check-in y nos permitieron acceder a la habitación sin problemas, aunque no tenía vistas a la calle. La atención por parte de los empleados fue educada y correcta en todo momento. Las instalaciones muy limpias y bien cuidadas. Los desayunos muy sabrosos y con variedad de productos. El hotel está bastante bien ubicado para ir andando a sitios de interés o a través de metro o autobús.

酒店位置很好，在自由大道附近，距離各個景點都很近，但是房間特別小，兩個大人帶一個孩子，沙發床打開以後，人就過不去了，而且沙發床沒有床單，也沒有被子，就一個沙發。

定了兩間房，前台幫忙給了兩間相鄰。房間不大，但乾淨整潔。

房間位置離自由大道比較近，早餐還可以，附近沒有超市不是很方便，整體感覺中等吧。

服務可以，但設施不太完善，拖鞋不能提供，非常不便。早餐提供基本食物。

酒店本身很好，河景房非常不錯，唯一的遺憾是入住那周路易一世大橋旁邊的升降梯維修，每天出門要爬289級台階才能去一些主要景點，比如萊羅書店，和那個咖啡館，對身體是個要求。
