Tidak sebanding dengan harganya, dekorasinya sudah tua dan pencahayaannya kurang bagus, sebatas untuk tidur malam. Pelayanannya oke.

Staf yang sangat ramah dan sopan. Apartemen besar, meski agak gelap dengan pemandangan dinding di seberangnya. Sarapannya oke, semua yang Anda butuhkan ada di sana. Kolam renangnya agak tua, tapi selain itu oke. Lokasi bagus dalam 15 menit Anda dapat dengan mudah berjalan kaki ke jantung kota tua.

Itu bagus dari segi hotel. Kamar yang bagus, lokasi yang bagus, kota yang bagus.

定了套房3人住，還帶一個陽台。 床很舒服，熱水也24小時供應，早餐也很不錯非常美味。 酒店很乾凈設施齊全也很新，服務很好，整體感覺很安全。 酒店地理位置很好，安靜又很市中心，可以步行去老城區各種地方，打車方便，推薦。

Very conveniently located off the Avenida da Liberdade. The Altis Grand Hotel is attached to the Suites so we ate dinner there after a long day sometimes and breakfast everyday ( they offer a discount if you have it everyday. 16 Euros vs 20). The rooms are serviced daily. Some suites have a street view but ours looked straight at a wall ! The beds are narrow-ish but comfortable. Getting in and out of the bath tub isn't easy but I don't think they have walk in showers.

The perfect place from which to explore Lisbon! Very comfortable and spacious room. Especially if staying with family and kids, you have everything to feel yourself at home. The hotel is very central within easy reach of shops, eating places and metro, trams, buses and touristic areas. Friendly and personal service. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. And special thanks for Christina- no request for assistance was a problem for her! We would definitely stay there again!!!

From the moment we stepped into the lobby Christina was amazing, so friendly and helpful, We were a few hrs early as we had a very early flight from Ireland but she said our room was ready . She then told us all about the fantastic facilities available in the hotel next door & the area . She booked our bus tours and each morning was full of great facts about Lisbon. The staff in the hotel was so friendly and welcoming.

The apartment was spacious and clean. The location was perfect for us. Christina at the reception was so helpful with directions and advice on things to do in Lisbon. We booked the Grey line bus trip with Christina. This was a great way to see the city.

The Altis Suites apartments are a great option for a family city break in Lisbon. We travelled with 2 teenage boys for a long weekend in Oct, and this apartment provided everything we needed. The welcome from the staff was wonderful and they couldn't do enough to help us. The apartments benefit from the use of the facilities at the Altis Grand Hotel next door, which is very handy (particularly if you have time to kill before a flight home for instance). One of the reasons we booked Altis through Love Holidays was the use of the spa facilities in the hotel - this caused some consternation at the hotel as apartment users are technically required to pay an additional charge. But this was not what was advertised on the Love Holidays site, so given we booked in good faith that we could use the spa and pool FOC the Altis staff allowed us to do so - thank you for your understanding. Altis Suites are in a good location - an upmarket neighbourhood, 20min walk into the city centre, 5min walk to the nearest Metro station (we found the metro/tram/bus system very easy to use and good value). The apartments are very spacious with a big bedroom, living room (with sofa bed) and bathroom. Beds are comfy. Rooms spotlessly clean, and cleaned daily. As has been mentioned in other reviews, the apartments are quite dated, with some items on their last legs - the reason I can't award 4 stars. Our fridge didn't work - this was promptly replaced by the staff, but with a bigger model that didn't fit into the recess. The shower head over the bath was old and twisted round so that it wouldn't direct straight. There was also a persistent drain smell in the bathroom. None of these were major issues and didn't impinge on our enjoyment, but prevent an "excellent" rating. Overall, a great stay in Lisbon and I would recommend Altis Suites apartments for a family break.

Christina Aguar at the reception and the entire staff (room service, house keeping) delivered an excellent service. They were always very friendly, flexible and provided instant solutions to our requests. The apartment was more on the average side; there was no dishwasher, the amenities were limited. Housekeeping compensated though by offering a clean and tidy room, every day.

We were supposed to visit Lisbon for the first time during 2020. Covid put paid to that. Once we decided to re plan, I did look at our original choice of hotel but did a little more research and saw the Altis Suites. So glad that I did. We had a bedroom, kitchen, living room combination that was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and spacious. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, taking plenty of time to book us in and give us loads of valuable local information. The location, for us, was also perfect. Metro stations within an easy stroll to take us to or nearer the busier parts of Lisbon and the Marques De Pombal, where many of the day bus tours start from, also an easy stroll away. Although the streets around the Altis were reasonably quiet (a great thing as far as we were concerned) there were plenty of restaurants and cafes within easy reach. We also made good use of the Altis Grand Hotel next door with it's excellent bars and restaurants. Our original choice of hotel in 2020 was in the Baixa district which we did, of course, visit. It was very busy and great to visit but the Altis location was far, far better for us in terms of getting around and for an overall more pleasant and relaxing experience.

Good location, room had all we needed, staff very helpful and friendly, all very straightforward. Staff happy to look after bags when we arrived on early flight well before check-in, and ordered us an airport taxi that arrived in 5 minuets on the morning we left. Best hotel bed I have ever slept in. Nespresso pod coffee in room and sometimes complimentary water, but we just bought most of what we needed from nearby stores in Rato and new ones opening closer soon. Handy for Metro and buses at Rato. Local wine bar Cla de Vinho nearby great, and plenty local eateries of all types.

Beautiful place, staff was absolutely awesome, attentive, friendly, respectful and ver helpul highly recommend.
