We all had a great stay in this hotel, excellent value for money. Rooms were extremely clean, best shower ever. The breakfast always had a good selection and plenty to eat. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Ms. Vega Lucia is one of the best hotels receptions I’ve ever met. She made my stay very comfortable. She provided me with a lot of information about Lisbon and gave me some tips and recommendations on where to go and what to do. She is very bright and beautiful young lady. I wish her all the best.

Hotel near metro station, we arrived in the morning from overnight bus trip and they allowed us to check in early which let us to have a good rest before exploring the city. Breakfast was good and they even have a pancake maker machine

Room is nice and clean.

The hotel is in a very central location but the shower was was flooding and we asked to switch rooms and they gave us a new one. However the new one was also flooding. It was a little disappointing as I have stayed at this hotel in the past and didn’t have this issue. Staff is nice and location is great. Also has an amazing pool rooftop pool. I am not sure id stay there again just because of the shower situation.

The hotel is located on a large slope, making it difficult to drag luggage. The hotel is very close to the tourist area Rossio, but it is not recommended to walk because it is also a large slope! It is recommended to purchase a 24-hour transportation card to enter and exit by bus or subway, which can save a lot of energy. The space in the room is moderate, but there are no chairs and it is really inconvenient to have no place to sit. The room has electric curtains, wash basin, bathroom, toilet and wash basin are separated, so it is easy to get the room floor wet when using the wash basin. The hotel's breakfast is quite rich, but it would be better if the style could be changed every day. This would be more fresh for us who stay for several days in a row. We don't have to eat the same breakfast every day. The waiter was a bit aggressive in collecting the dishes, which was very good. Always ask to take the dishes away. The overall accommodation experience is satisfactory.

The room has a good view, the shower head is quite comfortable, the room is good overall, just a little small, and because it is right next to the road, although I live at a higher level, there is still a little noise, but I am very sleepy every day, so a little noise does not cause trouble. The location is good, but you have to walk a small slope from the subway station, but it is not long.

The room is very clean and tidy, the supporting services are very complete, the environment is warm and romantic, very suitable for couples to stay, the surrounding transportation is convenient, and there is a Chinese restaurant, which is very good!

Extremely noisy towards the street. The windows are not sealed. The breakfast is very poor at the hotel. Bad scrambled eggs, horrible bacon and cold coffee. The doors in the bathroom cannot be closed completely, old bad sliding glass doors. The TV in the room is not connected to the network and only shows Portuguese channels so it is completely useless. Quite a low standard unfortunately.

This is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel. I always love coming back here! All 5/5!

The hotel is very unique, the location is very good, and the room is very clean! The subway station and McDonald's are very close, and there is a park next to it.
