Everything's is good, but hotel eletricity Brocken during evening. The wifi not work anymore. It is my second time to stay this hotel, Last time was perfect, but this time is disappointed.

По причинам здоровья не получилось прилететь. Отель не только не пошел на встречу, и не перенес даты пребывания (пытались перенести заранее, не день в день, а раньше). Так еще и перестали брать трубку на звонки.
Разочарованы таким подходом к клиентам.

酒店地理位置很好，前台很周到，服務生熱情，房間夠大。周圍交通方便，吃飯方便。有幸看到對面港口停靠了世界上最大的遊船，一艘意大利製造的遊船，288米長，六十多米高，可以乘坐三千多名遊客，哇。好誘人！

地理位置很好就正對海邊，出門三分鐘就是大廣場，酒店服務人員非常友善，酒店佔地不是很大，外立面也相對樸素，房間環境乾淨整潔。
早餐選擇項略少，但是不影響。入住第二天有做酒店的Spa項目，按摩確實做的很好，很享受放鬆，就是一次衹能預約一位顧客，想和同行的朋友一起的話是沒有多的人員服務的，時間必須錯開，對遊客來説有點不方便

對面馬路就是海邊，離名牌店街我們都坐出租車，雖然不遠，房間內乾淨舒適也高級，就是前台小妹妹服務總是假笑，看得出來有點不耐煩，下次還是會選這間的

酒店位置雖不在市中心，但靠海邊，早上在岸邊走走很舒服。酒店在裝修，部分房間無法開窗，房間有些老舊，所以舒適感並不強。早餐中規中矩。

호텔 자체가 깔끔하고 깨끗합니다. 그런데 밤에는 주변에 사람이 많지 않아 조금 무서웠습니다. 엘레베이터도 잘 되어 있습니다. 조식은 매우 깔끔하고 맛있었습니다. 추천합니다!

空中視野好！
難忘的經歷是從巴塞開車一天到馬德里，累了一天，加上不太熟悉路，繞着酒店的塔樓轉了5圈才找到停車場的入口，很崩潰。疫情期間也基本都是待在房間，希望下次有機會再來吧

Very clean, quiet rooms in central location. Excellent breakfast and really nice staff. However the beds and especially the pillows were quite hard and uncomfortable which made it tough to sleep. Also had quite a lot of trouble with the AC.

Hotel team could not do enough for us to enjoy our stay,very helpful and had great tips of where to visit
Hotel was very clean and well furnished with nice comfortable bedding
Well situated for all amenities and local travel
Built on a second century site which is amazing to see on the free tour

Absolutely blown away by this place. Facilities steam room pool and sauna for a start. There to be used floor 1 whenever suits you. The tour of the museum wow what a guide and starting point to Lisbon's rich history. Service 2nd to none, so glad I chose this hotel. Thank you would recommend this hotel don't think there could be better in this city. *****
