"Recommended by my bestie, this hotel absolutely did not disappoint! The 'Instagrammable' decor is incredibly photogenic; the green wall and spiral staircase in the lobby make every casual snap look like a professional photoshoot. The in-room toiletries are my absolute favorite brand, with a sophisticated and lovely scent, and even the bathrobes are made of wonderfully soft coral fleece. The biggest surprise was the minibar; the Coke and juice were complimentary! In the evening, they even delivered bedtime milk and cookies, which I enjoyed under the moonlight outside my window. It was pure bliss! Its proximity to the shopping district was a huge plus; after a day of retail therapy, I could simply collapse onto the incredibly comfortable bed. What a perfect getaway!"

"I never write reviews, but this is my first time writing one, and it's a bad one! We arrived at the hotel front desk at 1:30 PM, and they told us the room wasn't ready yet and asked us to wait. We asked if it would be ready by 2 PM, and the front desk said probably not... We then asked, "What's your hotel's official check-in time?" They told us 2 PM. So why couldn't we check in at 2 PM? The front desk even had the nerve to ask us, "Don't you have other plans?" While waiting in the lobby, I used the restroom on the first floor – it was disgusting! Someone had thrown up, it was everywhere, and it hadn't been cleaned up promptly. For breakfast, I had a salad, and there was a fly in it! And this is a newly opened hotel... speechless 🙄 I'm going to email their headquarters to complain."

There was no peculiar smell upon entering, the room was spotless, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. As soon as I walked in, all the fatigue from my journey melted away. The room layout was very reasonable, with ample space to move around, so it didn't feel cramped or oppressive. What I was most satisfied with was the bedding. The sheets and duvet covers were flat and clean, soft and skin-friendly to the touch. The mattress had just the right firmness – not too hard to hurt my back, nor too soft to sag excessively. The pillows offered good support, allowing for excellent rest after a long day. The curtains provided excellent blackout, making the room very dark when drawn, so I could sleep in or take a nap during the day without any disturbance from outside light. Attention to detail in the bathroom was superb. The countertops and mirrors were wiped perfectly clean, with no water stains or fingerprints visible, and the corners and crevices were also thoroughly cleaned, with no hair residue. The shower had good water pressure, hot water came quickly, and the wet/dry separation was well-done, keeping the floor dry and non-slippery. Toiletries were neatly arranged and complete. The room facilities were well-maintained. All the lights and switches worked perfectly. There were power outlets and charging ports conveniently located by the bedside, making it easy to charge my phone and other devices. The lighting had multiple adjustment settings; I could use the dim mode for getting up at night without it being glaring. The sound insulation was excellent; I could barely hear any noise from people walking or doors opening and closing in the hallway, making the room very quiet inside. Daily housekeeping was meticulous, and consumables were replenished promptly and completely. There was no flashy decoration; everything was designed with guest comfort in mind. Every small detail showed careful attention. The entire room felt safe and comfortable to stay in, making it very suitable for travel. I will prioritize choosing this hotel again next time I visit."
