Booked 2 rooms, 1 family theme and 1 regular. Asked them which is family themed, they said room A. Ended up room B is family theme. Reach back to the room and realised that we are staying for 3 nights, the room card holder stated 1 night. Went back down to check. Human error. Went back up to room only to realised that 1 card was not working. Toilet's wall was not cleaned, the remains of another guest's double eye lid tape was stuck on the wall till the end of my trip. Room was big, but only the aircon at the living room is working, the one facing the bed is not. Asked for a fan. At the times where we indicated Do NOT Disturb, the staff still entered. Our other room did not indicate Do NOT Disturb but staff claimed the light was turned on and thus did not enter to clean room. Utter rubbish. Fruit basket was just left on the tv console, everyday adding one but not clearing or checking the older ones. Ended up with rotten fruits juices all over the console. Tea cup placed in the toilet was not replaced/washed. When we feedback, the staff came in and rinse it with toilet tap water before placing it back on the shelf without sending it for proper cleaning and sanitising. Toilet roll was randomly left around without replacing the emptied roll on the holder. Breakfast was terrible, wide assortment but mostly of low quality. Totally different from our previous trips. To be honest, we stayed here every year since the first day they open. This was the worst stay ever, and we will not be back. The hotel allows smoking in their common toilet (think it's the norm here), smoking even in the main hotel lobby and of course inside the breakfast area.
