五一假期升價3倍，還不是五一當天，拒絕退房原來是逮一個薅不容易啊，真是一言難盡，小童活動又少，水寨跟萌寵分階段開，關鍵是這邊下班那邊到點也沒開啊，聽海樓沒有禮賓，擺渡車等半個小時都沒來，要床被子，被罩套這個毛毯就送來了，説沒被子了，講真，衝著親子榜第四名訂的，真是後悔沒多看幾眼評論啊，呃，對了，現在好少見酒店是1米床的，五鑽酒店這個配置嗎，怪我沒仔細瞅，這是我在海南碰到體驗感最差的酒店

除了早餐一般以外，其他都還不錯。最大的槽點就是海邊的區域專門圈出來做各項海上項目不準進入玩水有些讓人費解。。。衝著管家給的五星。。。
