Ulasan Hotel Vila Santa

The housekeeping mad mostly a very good job, the cleaning in my room was good. Shower was also quite good. They had also a massage chair in the lobby, which I really enjoyed. But sometimes they put to much cleanser (chemicals)on that device, so that my shirt and my neck smelled after using, very strong like chemicals. That was bad. Breakfast was tasty.

隔音實在太差了！旁邊房間咳嗽都聽的一清二楚。整面落地窗户對着一條大馬路，用的不是隔音玻璃，馬路上各種噪聲震耳欲聾，簡直是噩夢。這輩子住過最吵的酒店😭😭😭

房間面積不大，有窗户可以通風，用餐環境可以，早餐有熱水，不是自助餐，營養搭配還不錯，性價比比較高，適合出行。

Cinthia helped me in a medical situation with finding an emergency pharmacy and doctor. Best trained staff I have ever seen. Attention to every detail. No. 1 place to stay. Breakfast great. 5 stars 4 this hotel. Can't recommend it more highly. Johnathan wonderful as well.

I had a wonderful experience here. Sweet and welcoming staff, extremely easy to set up transportation, hotel food was amazing. It’s not a busy or overcrowded places, nice and quiet, and easy to access town. I would definitely stay again. Also the rates are excellent compared to other places and very clean.

This hotel had received good reviews, but upon arrival, I found that the rooms were quite cold in the winter. The glass tables in both the rooms and the breakfast area were also uncomfortably cold during this season. Although the hotel is officially located in Miraflores, it is actually situated in a residential part of the area, requiring a 20-minute drive or bus ride to reach the city center on weekdays. On a positive note, I did not observe anything sketchy in the hotel. The room was clean, and there was generally hot water available, although it sometimes required a bit of a wait.

Rooms clean, neighborhood safe, and the service was perfect. Staff found a way to help me at every turn. They had a bike for me to use which was great..lots of good bike paths near the ocean. They had a metro card for me to use. They arranged taxis and exchanged money of They had enough. One thing to know is the hotel.is not actually in the active area so if you want to walk around you need to take a cab or micro. Micros are wonderful. They pass in front of the hotel every minute or 2 and only cost a sole. They almost all go to kennedy park- the centre of action, arriving at kenedy within about 5 minutes. Breakfast was good, but remember to press the button on the table for service otherwise they may nit notice you. It took me a couple days to figure that out. Button method works perfect.

Very good value for money. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Free breakfast which includes Scrambled egg with bread, fruit, juice and cup of coffee. Hotel is located very close to a bus stop for easy access to centre of Miraflores. My room had a fan, but no air conditioning.

Realmente hacia tiempo que no volvía a Lima y decidí volver a ese hotel que me gustó tanto aquella vez, realmente me llevé una gran sorpresa al ver todos los cambios que tenía. Primero que todo la conexión WI Fi, es increíble, hice la consulta a la recepción y me indicaron que era porque cada habitación tenía una antena independiente algo que me pareció espectacular. Segundo el desayuno buffet, variado, rico y con muy buena atención, no se me había acabado algo cuando ya me estaban ofreciendo otra cosa. Tercero la tranquilidad en la habitación realmente después de un día ajetreado poder llegar y sentir que se descansa fue espectacular. Muchas gracias de verdad a todos, desde la recepción hasta el restaurante, me llevo otra vez una grata experiencia y esperando volver, a ver que sorpresa y buen recuerdo me llevo.
