Very good hotel with good service and safey. Breakfast is good, although not many options.

Great hotel with excellent rooms. Everything was sparkling clean, the personnel was very gentle and the location was very convenient. The gym is very small and only minimally equipped.

Spacious room, sufficient for two colleagues. Thoughtful amenities, provided additional pillow options, as well as turndown service. Good strong coffee with Nespresso machine. WiFi wa rather intermittent, kept getting disconnected during zoom online meeting but otherwise able to do emails. Short walk to conference venue (Lille Grand Palais). Limited food options nearby, often walked to Lille Flandres side or Town Centre for meals. Service was very responsive, some housekeeping staff were able to speak English. Nice touch at the end with door chocolates upon checkout. Overall a good experience.

Everything went well at this hotel. The staffs were very kind and the room was very comfortable where you can find everything you need during the stay. Highly recommend!

I am very disappointed in this hotel. I got in a family situation that required me to cancel my trip. This hotel refused to refund my money and instead charged for the full trip. I will be making future trips to France, but will make sure to stay somewhere else. Maybe I'm just used to being treated so well by Bonboy, but I probably won't even book a hotel through trip.com again.

Nice hotel with spacious room. There is no view from the room the hotel but cleanliness makes up the short fall.

入住第一天體驗： 1. 提前備註了要能開窗的房，但攜程工作人員沒有提醒酒店所有房間都不能開窗 2. 房間裏很大味道，刺鼻，難以入睡 3. 酒店設施特別陳舊，遠沒有圖片那麼好，很失望的一次入住 入住第二天體驗： 1. 酒店是和賭場連在一起，每次進出門感受是很忐忑 2. 阿姨把房間打掃的乾淨，沒有異味了（好評） 3. 酒店名字攜程故意寫錯了，原名是Casino Barriere

路過里爾，預訂了這個酒店，沒想到如此棒！酒店有停車場，把鑰匙給前台，他們會安排人去停車。房間也很大，還有熱水壺

還是不錯的，辦公桌很方便，商務出行很方便，沒來得及吃早餐餐廳無法評價，房間再大一點點就好了

酒店挺好的，這還是團隊一起去出差，歐洲之行的第二站，酒店挺乾淨的，還送了一袋巧克力。店員會幫忙停車到地下車庫。

每次出差到里爾都是住他們家酒店，早餐非常的豐盛，房間也非常的整潔乾淨，面積也很大，每一次的服務也非常好，尤其是停車前台會幫你停車和取車，你衹要把車放在門口就好了

酒店環境很好，交通方便，距離火車站很近，
