設施：漏水，洗完澡後變成水簾洞，從廁所一直蔓延到床底下。第二天早上都還全是水，可見漏水情況！首先，我被安排到了一間有嚴重故障的房間。在入住不久後，我發現房間內有漏水現象，這不僅影響了我的住宿體驗，還對我的個人物品造成了損害。更令人震驚的是，當服務人員幫我向酒店管理層反映這一問題時，得到了非常生硬的迴應。管理層不僅沒有積極解決問題，還拒絕對我因漏水造成的損失進行任何形式的賠償。 我有理由懷疑，這種不公平待遇是出於種族歧視的原因。儘管我希望這種猜測是錯誤的，但酒店管理層對待我的態度以及處理問題的方式讓我不得不懷疑這一點。説不定都是故意把有故障房間留給我們… 服務：服務人員態度友善 環境：相對來講算好 衞生：有一點臟

Boas comidades. O hotel se encontra a 7 minutos andando do centro o que é ótimo. Único ponto que chamaria atençao é que a suite era muito proxima a recepcao, porém nao foi um incomoso que atrapalhasse a viagem em nada.

Beautiful place to stay . Difficulty navigating location but very kind staff come to help us . Welcome drinks in the gardens .Enza was so kind and showed us places of interest to visit . Later sent us restaurant recommendations. We were offered an upgraded room With balcony with stunning views over Capri. Pool wasn’t up and running as it was a bit early in season but expected this . Option to have breakfast in room was a lovely touch. Overall and great choice to stay very comfortable rooms and in gr8 location for central Capri . Well done to all the team for going over and above . 5* treatment x

Bed was super comfortable (also for us who need 220cm length). Bathroom needs some renovation but other than that, our room in the garden was very pleasant. The staff are really accommodating, going above and beyond to organize everything possible in order to have a good holiday. Also very good chef, French toast was to die for! Breakfast was delicious and very varied, you could order a la carte as well and choose plant based milk as well. Definitely recommended, we are coming back!

Great stay. Super hospitality. Fantastic staff. Location is close to the city centre but still very calm. Nice views. We were given a warm welcome and recieved an upgrade as well, which was a pleasant surprise. 10/10 breakfast with a lot of options.

The staff was very attentive and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with everything freshly prepared. The outdoor area was also a highlight — a lovely garden that made the atmosphere even more special

It's only a 3 star hotel but its location is near perfect for Capri and the staff and cleanliness make up for its imperfections. The girls on reception gave us restaurant reccomendations and Carlo, from Sri Lanka, did a great job attending to breakfasts. Would happily go back.

Amazing hotel and incredible staff. We paid for a Classic room, but as the hotel was not full they gave us a Suite (double upgrade room). Also, they recommended us a lot of restaurants, bars and explained all interesting points to visit in Capri. Finally, they realized it was my birthday and surprised me bringing a cake and a candle in my bedroom. Little details that make you happy and make your hotel experience unforgettable. Thank you Giusy!

The location is quite convenient, near the Center of Capri. Moreover, Giusy and Mario were absolutely friendly and helpful. Their advice helped us to have clear understanding of how to go each location in the island. Even the restaurant recommendations were amazing. Thanks for the accommodation and we will definitely recommend to our family and friends.

This was such an amazing hotel. The staff was so kind and helpful with everything. The view of the ocean was breathtaking, and the breakfast was delicious. We loved it and hope to come back. I would recommend to anyone. Thank you for the amazing stay. 💛
