Wonderful resort — big rooms in In traditional Chinese village style. Near Shuhe old town which is far far better than the larger Lijiang old town. But what makes our stay most memorable was the personalized care and customer service of front desk staff (thank you Rita!). She made sure my room, check out times, personal preference are all attended to when we left instructions before arrival. Truly first class service. I will be back next year for the mountain azaleas season and for sure I am staying here again.

The location is convenient and reception is good too. Room is reasonable comfortable but the water pressure is a bit low hence need longer time for shower. Breakfast spread is not as sumptuous and they do not provide fork and knife on table but must request for it. Western food quality is not as good and only got one coffee machine. Too much local food in my opinion. Generally it's still a good choice but need improvement.

Pick up service is available at the high speed train station. We traveled from Shangarila. Check-in in the morning at 9:30 a.m. and get the room key to stay, no need to wait. And you can still eat breakfast that day. This is very satisfying. The room has 3 beds, 2 rooms, and 2 bathrooms. In the morning, you don't have to wait in line to use the bathroom with your children. The cleanliness of both the bathroom and bedroom is excellent. There is yogurt as well, souvenirs, lift and lotion. I really like it because it can be used right away because we come from Thailand, which is a hot weather area. The location is very good. Near the hotel there are many restaurants and both above ground and underground shopping. Walking to the ancient city of Lijiang is very close and very fun. Lijiang is a beautiful city that I came from. Many times already Recommend this hotel His employees are very helpful. Delicious breakfast

The hotel is close to the ancient town of Suhe, the environment is great, the room is quiet, the breakfast is rich, and you can see the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain outside the restaurant. This is the best inn I have ever stayed in Yunnan! First of all, the hotel facilities are really good! In winter, Yunnan must have floor heating and smart toilets, hahaha. I stayed in Dali because the room was too big and I had to rely on warm baby to keep warm after turning on the air conditioner all night. And it was really happy to have a smart toilet in winter! Guanxin's room was just very warm, the floor heating was sufficient, the slippers were warm in the morning, and the hot water for washing was also very fast. And there was even KTV, billiard table, and mahjong table! All free! In short, the facilities are very good and the experience is very good. Then there is the service. Before checking in, the housekeeper will contact you to pick you up. The boss will really drive a tricycle to help you take your luggage, hahaha. There is Tremella soup in the evening and breakfast in the morning. It is easy to have poor resistance to altitude sickness when coming to Lijiang. The light and clean food of the inn is very suitable! The TV in our room had no signal, and someone came to connect very quickly. When we left on the last day, the boss also helped us arrange a drop-off at the airport! Beautiful and kind! Super recommended, haha, it is the degree of coming back to stay later.

Excellent place! We enjoyed our 3 nights stay at Hotel Indigo during our holiday. Our rooms were tastefully designed with impecable landscaping within the compound. It's quiet within the hotel, and yet has the convenient access to plenty of food and shopping options a few steps away. Staff were most helpful. I would like to commend staff 王伟。Due to some mistake by booking agent, hotel had only one 2-bed rooms whilst we have confirmed booking for 2 such rooms. 王伟promptly upgraded us to a King bed suite with added bed. He also promptly helped us to book tickets to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain ropewalk tickets, etc, communicating via WeChat. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Beautiful Hotel. Whole family was pleased with it. We had 2 rooms with a private courtyard arranged by Nancy. She was helpful from check-in to check out arrangement. The place is quite and well maintained. Is conveniently located. Breakfast was great! Special thanks to conceige Mr Steve Zhou. We were worried initially having to drag our luggage to n from our respective rooms which were a distance from the main reception. But Mr Zhou made an effort to check on the guests and standby at our check out time to bring our luggage to the lobby without us having to make the arrangement. His proactiveness and making sure nothing is left behind was remarkable. The only setback is the photography service in the hotel. Paid a hearty sum of money but the quality was not good and certainly did not match the price. We had similar photography service at Dali for one fifth of the price and so much more professionally taken.

Excellent location opposite Lijiang ancient town.Ypu just need to use the subway entrance 7 just at entry to hotel ground car park. Hotel itself is clean,new and nice warm rooms. Reception staff can be better with a smile.Laundry is a plus, free of charge with detergent.
