Ulasan Yunsu Snow Mountain View Boutique Inn

Very nice guesthouse localed in the heart of Lijiang old town! We arrived very late aster midnight and the guy at the reception was kindly enough to send us someone to help us with our luggages as in the city center the card are not allowed to enter in! Super reccomended

The room’s view was so nice. Clean and nice. Staffs also very kindness.

A place to stay in the ancient city. The host was very accommodating and provided us with fruit.

We had a great stay at Yunsu Snow Mountain Boutique Inn. The room was very comfortable and cozy with a lovely view, although it was raining when we were there and so we could not see the mountain at all. There was a great bathtub by the window, and on a sunny day it would be amazing to lie in the bath looking at the view. The location is great! It is in the center of the old town, and the vibe is very festive. Unfortunately though, cars cannot come into the old town and so we had to walk 800m from the nearest parking to the hotel. The walk was very enjoyable, and we got to see different parts of the old town. I would highly recommend this hotel for any travelers!

Honestly, this room has the best view of the town

Good services provided from the staff and can see the best Mountain View from this hotel. The hotel give their best support even we request the luggage delivery services at 6am to rush the early train services.

the owner is so nice but she can not speak English. You should use translator APP, she will patiently wait for you. You must ask the meeting gate from owner ( maybe 北门口=beimenkou= North gate, or 南门口=nanmenkou=South gate） If you take taxi to Lijiang Old town tell the taxi driver go to that gate at Lijiang Old Town( 丽江古城=lijiang gucheng, the owner will send someone helps you carry your luggages.

The location it a bit too far from entry/exit gate. It such a hustle when you have to be at the gate early in the morning to catch the train because the host only can help you carry the bag/luggage if it is after 7 am. The aircond looks like the old aircond so it wasn’t cold enough even after i set the temperature to 16 degrees and it is kinda difficult to open the main door. took me some time to figure out how to open the door.

service is excellent. the hotel provide a service to bring the luggage into and out of the ancient city.

It was an excellent and relaxing trip. the Boutique Inn where I stayed for 8 days was fantastic; the owner was very helpful and helped me to arrange local attractions. he also ensured that I was safe since I was alone travelling to Lijiang. The Inn where I stayed was very safe and the people were very friendly. I will book the same Inn to stay again next year as I have plans to visit Shangalila. Yunnan is such a zen, relaxing, with great scenic and no air pollution! :)

The inn is located inside the ancient city where takes about 15 mins walking distance from north entrance. Location wise wasn’t too bad as it is in the mid area however: 1. Facilities were pretty old. Warm heater wasn’t working and the shower facilities are rusted. 2. Noise level is something that one needs to consider as you can hear ppl walking up and down the stairs or your neighbour from above showering/flushing toilet. Noise from street level is somewhat unavoidable as well. 3. They do provide pick up and send off luggage service we we were informed to notify 15mins before getting to the shared location however, it was pretty ridiculous that the PIC asked us to text them again when we arrived with oa photo despite of us informing them that we will be waiting at the location they shared. Not forgetting to mention it was raining cats and dogs and they refused to come out before us causing us having to wait under the rain for almost 30mins (including the 15mins advance notification that we provided). 4. Poor service level from the PIC as despite knowing that we arriving on a rainy day, there was no courtesy to send extra umbrellas to us and we had to walk under the rain for about 20mins and get soaked in clothes under cold weather. Little did we know when we arrived at the inn there were more than sufficient umbrellas to send to guests. No hot tea being offered despite it was under the room package on tea tasting. 5. The main reason why I booked the room was due to the glass mirror shooting experience at the rooftop however it was a total scam as that spot was totally removed with just a normal rooftop. Rooms information on OTA was misleading! 6. The guy PIC in the inn had horrible service and talked to guest with loud voice without offering any help when one requests. I have spent a total of 20 days in China and this was my last night stay and I had to say this was worse choice of the entire stay I’ve booked.
