The overall experience was excellent. The owner is incredibly friendly and approachable. I had a brief conversation with him, and his service concept and business model are outstanding. The front desk staff are also very knowledgeable, helpful, and display an exceptional service attitude. The amenities are excellent, and their cleanliness standards are on par with those of five-star hotels. Highly recommended to book your stay here when visiting Lijiang.

Although the location is a bit hidden and may seem rundown, the host and reception are very friendly. Pay attention to the small gesture. If you are booking with them, leave your wechat id so that they can contact you. They won't be able to call your mobile or contact through trip.com. If you contact them ahead, they have their own customised tour planning for you. They also recommend good food and local famous dishes.

Definitely a best place to stay in li jiang. The hotel is clean. You can't find any watermark on the bathroom or mirror, they clean every corner. The host is super friendly, have a good conversation with him.

(+) Staff very helpful. They don’t speak English but we used translator to communicate, they were very patient to address our inquiries. The hotel is closed to the old town (around 10 minute walk). Afternoon tea on their rooftop with a nice view on the Jade dragon snow mountain. (-) They don’t offer free pick-ups or drop-offs.

I feel like home staying there! The lady boss is friendly and welcoming. The breakfast prepared by her was so so delicious, She even handed us souvenir while we are leaving. The balcony in 5th floor is the highlight , too beautiful

Enjoyed our stay so much. It was the perfect location, a bit outskirt but walkable distance. Not loud. The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable. The caretaker is very warm and helpful. The view was amazing! Worth it! Satisfied and recommended! 😁

Cleanliness of the room makes you feel like home and the host is super attentive to details. Every corner of the room is literally dustless, even the toilets. Breakfast is highly recommended as you can eat with a view at the rooftop. Overall a 5/5 and we will definitely come back to stay whenever we are at Lijiang. One you shouldn’t miss.

The hostel owners and staff are very friendly. Especially xiao ge , he is very helpful and gave lots of useful travel tips. They are careful and considerate. Hostel provided fruits, canned drinks, and welcome seasonal fruit (all are complimentary) as well as others like eyemask, ear plugs for convenience use. Highly recommend.

Love love love! We were in Lijiang for 3 days, would love to stay in this accomdation longer. The owners are a lovely couples, they invited us for an afternoon tea after we arrived, Gave us all recommendation on food and sights, and we received a lovely gift from them! Highly recommend. The view from their balcony is beautiful.

Have to give this a 5 out of 5. The hotel is located close to the Lijiang old town and you can literally walk to get there in 10 mins. It has a very nice dinning area on level 5, from where you can have an amazing view of the yulong mountain. No joke, it’s a view that’s worth million bucks. You can have a cup of latte in the morning and catch the first beam of sunshine reflecting on the yulong mountain, once in a lifetime experience. The hotel is owed and ran by a couple and their family, who are all very friendly and helpful. They shared tips on how to book the gondola to get to yulong mountain and treat you like their friends. The room was a bit small but has everything you need, and clearly you can see the effort the owner has invested from all the little details in the room. E.g. ear plugs, steam patch for eyes. Will definitely recommend the place!
