Daily safety issue that the taxi will not enter into the hotel, park at roadside along with busy motorbikes lane. It was very dangerous to pick up hotel guests along the roadside and nearly knockdown by motorcycles. Hotel management must review this safety issue. Room with poor sound proof and sleep were disrupted due to construction works started in early hrs at 7am. The toilet in the room has no door and can’t use the sink to wash face at the same time. Poor buffet breakfast spread with same foods everyday. Food replenishment and clearing tables were slow. Wheelchair toilet at ground floor has no door lock where anyone can just open the door. Very far away from 丽江古城, need to 打车。 Will not book this hotel again.

We are also very distressed about the issue you mentioned about renting a car and not entering the hotel to pick up and drop off guests. We have now placed a sign at the hotel intersection, hoping that renting a car can enter the hotel to pick up and drop off guests. At the beginning of the hotel design, it was required that the rooms be kept transparent, but we have found that many guests do not like this type of design. Therefore, we are continuing to install bathroom partition doors. Also, the wheelchair toilet on the first floor that you mentioned is provided for accessible guests. Considering that there may be a need for assistance in opening the door, a door lock has not been installed. The hotel is about 1.4 kilometers away from the Old Town of Lijiang, about 20 minutes' walk and about 10-15 minutes' taxi. It is very convenient to travel. We always seek to create a perfect check-in experience for our guests. We believe that there will be a new experience when you check in next time. We sincerely invite you to come again.

The room was comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised with a mountain view, even though it wasn’t advertised.The only downside is that there is no door for the WC area, and it lacks ventilation. It can become quite unpleasant if someone is using it. We had to remind each other to use the lobby restroom for bowel movements. The reception staff were incredibly helpful! They extended a late check-out, knowing we had to catch an evening train to Kunming. Due to our group size, we needed two vehicles, and the staff helped us book a maxi cab using their personal account (big vehicles can only be booked by locals). As we do not have a local number, they even let us use their phone number to register for food delivery. Their service truly exceeded our expectations!

Room is clean, counter service staffs are friendly, as specially the staff name Ms Iris, we are arrived early the room is not ready yet but she tried assist us to get ready the room ready for us and help to bring our luggage to room before we are back.

We are satisfied with our stayed at this hotel. The front desk staffs were extremely helpful and courteous. The check-in was efficient. Acceptable room size. Although there was some negative comments on the open concept of toilet but we can easily partitioned it by sliding the doors. Average breakfast spread and taste. Can walk to old city or just spend less than 10 yuan by Didi. Recommended hotel for Lijiang.

Big king bed. Cleanliness tip top. Shout out to front desk Jenny (Juan) for her attentiveness and help. Only con is shower water temp not constant. Will get cold water on and off

The hotel is very new and well located close to the ancient town aka guchen. The rooms are well appointed but the open concept room may not suit everyone. A pleasant surprise was a fruit platter although the fruits were not something I preferred. The checkin process was not too expeditious as I would have expected. Dining options were relatively limited. Was alloted a room on level 3 facing the roof top garden which it's downside as noice from guest using the garden may at times be annoying. Overall a good experience.

Enjoyable stay! Near to LiJiang Ancient Town. Good location. Easy to grab for DD services. There is also a travel agency stationed at Lobby and you can just join their YuLong Snow Mountain tour. Although they said that the package is purely visiting without shopping, the driver will still drop you to an "Oxygen Supply Centre" early in the morning. It looks like a safety briefing but actually they are selling oxygen canister and herbs syrup to avoid altitude sickness. Who knows the effectiveness of the herbs??? Oxygen canisters can be easily purchased at cheaper price from the cable car station or in supermarkets in the towns. Standby 1-2 extra before the tour because the oxygen canister included in the tour package is usually not enough.

The room was comfortable and cozy, providing a good rest both upon arrival and before departing for Shangri-La. The breakfast offered a wide variety of selections.
