exllect view(u can see the mountain Yulong if the weather is good) and location of this hotel, the service from Reception is out of my expectation.salute to few of the staffs, unfortunately i forgot their names. would be perfect if the F&B can match up with quality. will come back to stay at the hotel if i visit Lijiang again.

Location was great with the hotel being next to the entrance to the old town, which makes travelling easy as DiDi can stop at the hotel entrance (cars can’t enter the old town). Service was good with friendly & helpful staff and the free laundry service is perfect for long stays! The only downside is the hotel name. It’s listed as Fine Art on Trip.com, but the hotel calls itself FINAI and is for some reason listed as Pushe or Lijiang Trend hotel on DiDi and Baidu/ Apple Maps, which made initial locating of the hotel slightly challenging.

Excellent location. Car can park or drop you off right outside the hotel, which may not be available for many hotels located in the ancient city. Service is great. Afternoon tea is provided and the view is good from the restaurant. No elevator inside hotel (as with hotels located inside ancient city)

Lovely hotel Location is the best, no need to drag the luggage over cobblestone View from my room is marvelous Staff, especially Rita, was super friendly and supportive- of course she can speak English! Will definitely come back for sure Highly recommend for non-CHN tourists ดีมากๆๆๆๆๆๆๆๆ

The hotel was nice, strategic location (easy to access with luggage compare to other hotels / stay inside the lijiang old town which might have many stairs inside), they have laundry room and was reliable! I can say for new hotel, they have provided us with 10/10 service rating. the amenities on the room was enough, but pretty sure bigger pump of shampoo and shower gel might be better for the future! They still have work ongoing the hotel, however it doesn’t bother us staying there. It’s getting more and more aesthetic. Will be staying there for sure when I get back to Lijiang! Even though never got the opportunity to have breakfast on the hotel, however Ms Jenny and the hotel’s chef have arranged and packed us breakfast that was delicious. Ms Jenny and other staffs there were very helpful, fast response!

New and clean hotel. Freindly staff ,good location ,delicious breakfast. Recommend old town view room which is worth to pay for.

Stayed at FINAI for 3 nights during my trip to Lijiang and it was amazing! The staff called me one night before and offered a free airport pickup service. They were extremely attentive throughout the trip and replied almost instantly on WeChat for any questions I had. The room was big and clean and had a great view of Lijiang Old Town. The amenities provided were sufficient and of good quality. It is only a stone’s throw from both the airport bus station and the entrance to the Old Town with many food options available. Highly recommend FINAI to anyone who’s visiting Lijiang Old Town!

I love to stay at FINAI because good staffs especially Rita , good room ( Hotel upgrade room for us to see panoramic view of ancient town, Location only 100 m. walk to big water wheels. The restaurant is excellent view too. Highly recommended to all guests

Excellent location for enjoying Gucheng. It has a very nice view from its restaurant area that is beautiful during the day and night.

Great service by 程程 from front desk. I booked a double bed by accident and she upgraded us to a king room. She also helped to guide us what to eat in the old town, where’s the best locations to 打卡. She knew we went for dinner at one of her recommends, and called the owner to offer us welcome drinks. Best of all, for those who doesn’t know that the didi (ride hailing) rides can’t squeeze in 2 big luggages, she helped us booked a bigger car at a much better price than didi, and with ample space. Room is warm (which is very essential in freezing months), though the safe box doesn’t work (but didn’t matter to me). At the time of writing, they are offering complimentary afternoon tea set for 2, and another lounge set for couple. Great value and service. 赞👍

酒店是下午一點辦理的入住，事情是下午一點半左右發生的，麗江斐奈酒店號稱主打親子酒店，配備親子遊樂場，結果就是，滑滑梯壞了那麼大一個洞，酒店未及時修理，也沒有安全警示牌，也沒有員工告知，遊樂設備損壞不能玩，導致小朋友的右腳卡進去，由於滑梯下墜慣性導致右腳腫脹發青，無法行走，醫囑要求患肢制動，這就是説短時間內，小朋友的右腳無法使用，我們接下來的行程不得不臨時取消! 三問酒店 @麗江斐奈古城全景藝術酒店 1.公共區域設備損壞為何不出警示牌? 2.小朋友在玩的時候，工作人員為什麼不提醒?（員工清楚有損壞） 3.不接受你們的賠償方案就冷處理，是後台很硬的意思嗎?強制性讓我們必須接受你們的方案?還是讓我們自認倒黴呢?

第一次來麗江網上選了好久選了這家，不得不説酒店位置好，前台及每位員工態度都很好，酒店提供精緻下午茶，餐廳在樓坐窗邊可以看到古城的全景感覺好愜意，晚上還提供玫瑰🌹花茶或牛奶🥛，早飯來不及吃還可以打包，值夜班的小馬小夥子非常熱心，下次來還會選擇這家酒店

酒店很新，最大優點是位置，離大水車步行幾分鐘就到，出入方便，車能進酒店門口，不用推行李箱走石板路，就在麗江之眼隔壁，能看到古城全景！房間還是挺舒服的，酒店人員服務也很好，幫忙拿行李，送機服務都做得很好👍👍👍有管家一對一服務。下午茶和早餐都不錯👍👍👍就是洗手間馬桶有些異味，這個問題希望能改善一下，總體都很滿意！下次再來麗江，會再入住😉😉😉

設施：在麗江還能找到這樣一家酒店，真的很值，床品挺舒服，能使人放鬆。在古城邊，有自己停車場，打車出入都方便。如果有電梯就更棒了。 環境：四樓餐廳拍照很出片，下午茶很好吃。 服務：整個酒店的服務員都很有禮貌，很熱情，包括清潔的阿姨。前台小馬是個帥小夥，説話很温柔，走的時候幫我們跟去機場的平台車師傅溝通，主動幫我們提行李到車的位置。 如果有朋友到麗江，我會推薦斐奈給他們。
