Ulasan Lakeshore Hotel Metropolis I

Sikap pelayanan staf hotel sangat baik dan ramah. Meskipun hari kedatangan agak terlambat, masih ada layanan khusus di tempat parkir. Jika saya tinggal di Hsinchu lain kali, saya pikir saya masih akan memilih untuk tinggal~

Good location, clean, nice place to stay

Positives: - centrally located (with a huge shopping mall just around the corner) - fantastic breakfast in terms of quality and quantity as well as the provision of local hsinchu food - amenities like free washing machine/dryer, sauna, free snacks and drinks were very much welcomed - eco friendly hotel (bathroom amenities like tooth brush/paste only provided upon request) - Room clean and functional - separate shower and bath tub - international electrical socket Negatives - bath towels could be thicker - lack of face towel - no hair conditioner - my room had no view (view of shopping centre carpark)

It is quiet and good location for business traveller's ....

Newly renovated and great service, close to city center and shopping mall, however bathroom was not renovated.

My first stay at the Lakeshore Hotel was in the early 2000s.Since then, the rooms have been updated but the service is still first rate. I needed help with getting my high speed train ticket issued and the person at the front counter offered to go with me to the convenience store to help. The bathroom has a Japanese toilet accessory and a bathtub shower so you can soak a bit if it's been a hot day in Hsinchu. A large mall is located 5 minutes away and there are several convenience stores on the same block so there are plenty of eating options.

坐在新竹市區到城隍廟小吃或附近餐廳，還有景點很方便。新竹有很多景點可以去走走峨眉湖、天使教堂、賞蟹步道，南寮漁港吃海鮮。飯店乾淨，早餐非常棒。

房間寬敞舒適，早餐的自助真的很有水準，菜一直都是熱騰騰的，食物很新鮮豐富，可以一早喝到龍蝦味增湯真的太幸褔了！下次遊玩一定要再次入住。

地點好 車位極少 房間設施老舊，廁所裝潢很舊了，房價不低，很舊的酒店了 優勢只有地點，對於開車的人很不方便 這樣的設備好像還停留在20年前 廁所磁磚都是霉

離市區近步行30分鐘內可到達新竹城煌廟口，附近也有百貨公司商圈都很方便，住宿環境也很舒適！ 床有點小不是加大床 廁所的冷熱水不好調

地點還行, 美中不足的是停車位少, 無法停較大的休旅車, 還有車子要轉進來飯店, 門口是排了一整排要去遠東巨城購物中心的車子, 不好切進去, 建議要有人可以指揮一下, 不然很危險

第一次在新竹住宿就選擇了新竹煙波都會館，TRIP.COM迅速幫我訂房，訂單一成立我就打電話跟飯店確認，飯店服務人員非常有效率，第一印象良好。 接著選擇住宿附早餐，價格也很實惠，房間配有免治馬桶、浴缸🛁、乾濕分離蓮蓬頭🚿很舒適。 空間夠大，而且飯店附近有很多種美食可以選擇，走路三分鐘就到Big City（新竹so go 百貨公司）不必擔心停車位的問題，可以停在飯店機械式停車位，遵守飯店人員的指引很容易停妥車輛。 下次有機會還會再入住。

性價比微微不足的務實管理旅館，很乾淨！
