Hotel Excelsior

We have stayed at the hotel every summer for several years now simply because they truly are the best in Jesolo. All staff members are exceptionally friendly, super helpful, and genuinely want you to have a great stay. The rooms are cleaned to perfection. The food......aaaaaamazing! The beautiful hotel is just a few steps from the water and has it's own beach section. Anything you need for a perfect vacation time at the sea. : )

Great location and access to beach

Great location and lovely, friendly staff. The beach bar cafe and pool area are lovely too and we had a lot of fun, sipping aperol and playing with the kids during the day. The only things letting down this property are the small rooms and surcharge to use the pool on our departure day. We booked a family room and it was very cramped when the kids' beds were made up. There was nowhere to sit and there was also no light on the cramped balcony, meaning we had to sit on the balcony in the dark at night while the kids slept. We paid an extra €600 for six nights to have the balcony...not all rooms have them. I think with this hotel you are paying premium for the location. All in all, a great holiday!

Great location, very clean facility, parking, nice pool and bar, good breakfast and superb fine dining experience in the evening, but what makes this hotel really stand out is the professionalism and kindness of the staff who made everything possible to make our stay as easy and comfortable as possible. They were especially helpful and nice with our kids, like little presents, taking special request at the restaurant, etc. I must have been in more than 200 hotels in my life, but as for the service, they’re surely in the best three I’ve ever experienced. It’s very hard to list anything on the downside, only two minor things: the Type 2 electric car charging didn’t work for us, and in the rooms there are very few outlets. But they provided converters in both cases, so gadget freak people like us could charge up everything easily.

Ho soggiornato presso questa struttura nell'ultimo fine settimana di Settembre, in occasione delle finali di un campionato a squadre di tennis. L'hotel è veramente bello, proprio sulla spiaggia, con piscina in un ampio spazio con tavolini e ping pong, e un grazioso bar, tutto molto ben curato. Purtoppo eravamo fuori stagione e non era il caso di fare il bagno, ma facile immaginare come dovrebbe essere stato in estate. Poi con il fatto delle gare non abbiamo avuto tanto tempo per stare in hotel, ma per quel poco che siamo stati non ci siamo annoiati grazie anche ad una bella sala giochi con calcetto e biliardo. La cena è stata veramente ottima, dal buffet abbondantissimo alle portate, per finire con ampia scelta di dolci. Hanno fatto il menu per la serata con le squadre, posso giudicare solo per quello naturalmente, e comunque abbiamo avuto la colazione del giorno successivo ed anche quella era con tantissima scelta tra dolce e salato (ho visto del bacon che per la prima volta in Italia assomigliava a quello che trovavo in Inghilterra, ma dovevo mantenere un contegno sportivo...). Il personale è veramente impeccabile, poi in un clima così con tutte le squadre succede che si faccia una battuta e si coinvolga il cameriere o la cameriera in stupidaggini e sono stati alla mano calandosi nel contesto. Un'ultima nota che è molto indicativa: la gentilissima Matilde ed i titolari mi hanno risolto un problema causato dalla mia sbadataggine, pur essendo a ridosso della chiusura di fine stagione. Potevano semplicemente dirmi che erano dispiaciuti e che non sarebbero riusciti, penso che molti lo avrebbero fatto. Visto che abbiamo tutti la tastiera facile quando c'è da lamentarsi, meglio usarla anche in positivo. Spero di avere l'occasione in futuro di tornare in questo hotel, magari in vacanza stavolta. Das Excelsior in Jesolo hat uns sehr gut gefallen und können es sehr empfehlen. Das Hotel liegt sehr gut einerseits im Zentrum von Jesolo und auch direkt am Strand. Jedes Zimmer bekommt seine Liegen und Sonnenschirme zugewiesen. Die Zimmer sind sehr ordentlich und das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut und vollkommen ausreichend. Die hauseigene Bar im Garten lädt einerseits zu Mittag mit Snaks ein, andererseits mit einem netten Ambiente am Abend bei guten Drinks. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt. Wir kommen wieder!

Hotel super centrale ,personale gentilissimo camere ben fatte pulite e disinfettate e ti bussano sempre anche verso sera 19.00 per chiedere se hai bisogno qualcosa, l’hotel ha tutto quello che serve per una vacanza in relax anche con i bambini perché hanno una sala svago con biliardo trottolino carte una piscina grande, veramente super !!!!, Il cibo e buonissimo molta scelta sia a colazione che a cena e lasciatemelo dire i piatti sono bellissimi ogni portata un piatto diverso con diverse fantasie, molto eleganti devo dire , sarà il mio hotel quando verrò a Jesolo sicuramente. Lo consiglio a tutti sia per coppie che per famiglie…un esperienza molto positiva complimenti al proprietario per la bellezza e semplicità ma soprattutto eleganza dell hotel, grazie di tutto !!!
