It's actually quite lively and noisy, but it gets a bit better at night. The room is spacious enough, and the amenities are complete, with a unique decor style. However, the partition between the washbasin and the room is a wooden lattice window, which, while airy, lacks privacy. The front desk staff and the cleaning aunties on the floor provided excellent and friendly service. Parking is a bit inconvenient as there's no underground parking; you have to cross a short road to park on the opposite side, which can be quite hot in summer. But the security guard was very helpful and even assisted with my luggage. Lichuan is so cool and refreshing; Tenglong Cave is definitely worth a visit."

The toilet door wouldn't close, the TV wouldn't turn on, and there was urine on the toilet! I couldn't get through to the front desk, and going downstairs myself couldn't fix the problem either. They wouldn't change rooms, and even refused to give me a bottle of water when I asked for it in such hot weather! The facilities are outdated, and the low occupancy rate is entirely due to tour groups! This level of service is terrible! If you like to open blind boxes, you can try it! It seemed to be coming from a cheap toilet cleaner. Lesson learned: if you encounter a room like this, it's best to ask the front desk to change rooms immediately. I felt like I was being poisoned after smelling it all night. Also, the room didn't match the pictures on Ctrip. The bathroom was tiny; the shower and toilet were practically next to each other. The pictures showed glass partitions, but the door was broken and didn't even have a handle. Honestly, the room was quite large, but couldn't they have allocated some space to the bathroom? Overall, it was a poor experience. I spent several days in Enshi, and other hotels in other cities that were cheaper had better facilities."

Room has all the essentials, plus they have a laundry room in the 2nd floor that requires a keycard to enter. We felt very comfortable washing our clothes unattended while we went out for dinner. Only complaint is that there is construction outside which was dusty and some floor tiles outside the hotel were missing. 9/10 Hotel for sure"
