Charming little hotel at the outskirts of Libo Ancient Town. Conveniently located to discover the historic district by foot as well as for day-trips to Xiaoqikong and/or Maolan. The staff of the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Lu Xiuping. She not only organized drivers to Xiaoqikong, Maolan and our next stop in Xijiang, but even helped us find breakfast, lunch and dinner. After a long day she came up to our room to bring us fruit and make sure we weren't missing anything. We would give 6 stars to her if it was possible; it is rare to feel as welcomed. The room was upgraded for us. It was very large and luxurious. The waiter was very polite. The breakfast was pretty good. It was very close to the West Gate. You must be the first one to enter. The hotel is quite old, so the room decoration is quite standard. The hotel is in the Xiaoqikong Scenic Area. There is a hotel shuttle bus that can pick you up at the East Gate parking lot. It is very convenient and quiet. The Xiaoqikong Scenic Area shuttle bus station is 50 meters away from the hotel gate. The hotel shuttle bus driver is very enthusiastic and the service is very thoughtful. You can leave your luggage at the front desk when you go to the scenic area in the morning. After the tour, get off at the Daqikong station and contact the hotel to send your luggage and yourself to the East Gate parking lot.
