Found one bug inside the room, quite strange. Facilities are fine. Ok to stay in short period.

前台服務熱情，早餐種類豐富。房間寬敞，乾淨衞生。水療和泳池很贊👍退房時前台還給了護手霜和身體乳，非常感謝！

萊奧本是個小城市，這家酒店是萊奧本唯一一家四星級酒店。環境好，可以泡温泉，山區。小城。酒店距離萊奧本火車站700米，步行輕鬆到達 。

Leoben小鎮上排名靠前的酒店，各項設施都不錯，還能在周邊櫻花樹下繞圈跑個步。

not sure who said staff are competent but they are everything BUT competent. They may be competent in not taking responsibility but thats about it! If they cannot protect guest from bullying from other guests and them damaging my property and all management has to say this has nothing to do with them I dont know what has. Telling me I need to call the police and complaint to them just tells you in what miserable state the hotel and management is. The WiFi in the room is extremely poor and thats even with a poor occupancy. You ask them to fix 2 things in the room and only one gets fixed, for the second one there is no message or anything that explains why it was not fixed (and actually staff should be able to spot the problem of a broken light bulb BEFORE they assign a room to a guest not have to rely on guests to tell them). They put a show cleaning machine in the hallway for decoration as there is o power outlet, whats the poibt of that??

Very decent spa, with various saunas to choose from for your preferred level of pain of sweating. The hotel is ok, broad choice for breakfast, which is not that common. Pity that reception didn't speak good english and they charged us for parking, which was not mentioned while booking.

Stayed few nights while visiting Leoben at business. Hotel is situated within short walking distance from the city centre. Outside it looks like dull hotel, but the Spa (connected corridor at basement level) is totelly a different thing in a positive way. Hotel itself is quite pricey but the rooms are good size and still in quite a good shape. +++ Nice balconies Free access to the spa Good breakfast Quiet rooms Coffee maker in the room Good size shower cabin even for a tall person - - - Very hot rooms that you couldn't fix with aircon No guidence in the room for visitors concerning the Spa and Sauna Frizge in the rooms in a cabinet that doenst allow air ventilation - ＞ problems Little in need af a renovation like baseboards

We've stayed here few times during our business trips to Austria. Rooms are very spacious and cozy. Service has been good and prices reasonable. Unfortunately haven't had time to visit the spa. Breakfast is awesome!

Nice stay, clean rooms, nice spa, good flex programme for the half board option that allows you to have something small for lunch. Nice park around to walk in the evening. Super enjoyable weekend and very good restaurant and breakfast. We would love to come again.

Excellent get away location. Great selection of saunas and plenty of places to relax without trouble on an even very busy day of finding a lounge chair. Room was very clean and had a nice shower setup!

As far as the room goes, it was fine, clean, albeit a little basic for this price point. Bed was a little hard and furniture needs updating. Disappointing parking is charged (8 EUR) considering the location. However, main issue and reason for this poor review is down to the frankly rude and abrupt receptionist when checking out. All down to a dispute over meal charges. When seated in the restaurant I asked the server if there was a set menu etc. for my dinner included room rate, she wasn't sure but would check. 20mins later I eventually got an answer that I could order from the set menu or a la carte, surprised I double checked this and she again confirmed whatever the bill amount it would be deducted from my bill at check out. Meal itself was ok if nothing special but the service was incredibly slow for a half empty restaurant. At check out I was then presented the bill for last nights meal, I politely stated my room had dinner included and received a response of 'NO, you must pay'. I then showed my email confirmation with 'dinner included' and ensued a near 20min battle with the receptionist. Who eventually said ok we deducted 35 EUR but you must pay the rest. I told her I'd checked this with the server and round in circles we went. Eventually after a huge amount of frustration she slung my bill at me and said 'ok, goodbye'. Very poor customer service, I won't be staying again!

Schönes sauberes Resort mit angenehmen ind gemütlichen Zimmern. Tolle Mitarbeiter:innen, gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Das 4-Gänge-Menü am Abend ist jedoch schwierig für Allergiker:innen oder Menschen, die nicht alles essen, da nicht wirklich etwas abgewählt werden kann ohne Aufpreis. Für uns war der Aufenthalt super, wir kommen wieder!

Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis für ein Spa Hotel. Kompetente und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Über die Website buchen ermöglicht Spa-Besuche am Anreise/Abreisetag, ist zu empfehlen. Im Mai ist man jedoch (natürlicherweise) außerhalb der Hauptsaison, also ist das Sauna Angebot geringer.
