While leaving the hotel Monday morning to the parking garage, the sidewalk was so slick from ice, that i fell on to the ground. No salt was poured knowing the weather conditions. There was also a lot of ice on the stairs in the parking garage.

Hotel was nice . Staff was great . They had an issue with the gas so showering was cold . Poll was not as warm as i expected. But overall a great hotel

Quiet even with sports teams staying there. Breakfast hust ok. Bagels were very cold and rock hard. No bread for toast.

The Hotel and surrounding area is is new, clean and nice. Easy to get to off the highway and there are dining options within walking distance.

We liked the hotel and the staff at the front desk were very nice. There was a nice variety of food at breakfast and they kept everything filled. Our only complaint was we were there for 2 nights and our room was never cleaned. We had to go ask for clean towels so we could shower.

Very convenient off of 435 l breakfast was lacking in variety. Hallways smelled very musty. Room air cond temp conrtol pretty funky. Way too much humidity. Clothes felt damp in morning and also when we got back in evening. Parking on back side with entrance on lower level very inconvenient
