I was charged 50 euros for spilling my medicine(ofc not in purpose in in the bathroom, because they have to clean "clean" more than usual, thats the expication you get. I have problem with my health, i have medicine(in a bottle, green liquid) which i have to use, i can prove it with prescription from doctor and etc. I spilled it accidently at the morning when i was leaving, and i managed to clean the most of it by myself, the rest i coulndt because i was in a rush for my train. Then they called me said to me that i will be charged 50euros because they have to clean "more".(it was before my flight). Few hours later i called them i got the most arrogant attitude thats possible, they guy closed me the phone. its not about the 50 euros, its about the attitude, u cant treat people like that and also scam.

A thoroughly enjoyable stay; from receptionist (fast and friendly), room was just like in the photos…clean and crips and comfy and finish with a most excellent breakfast. Reception evens sells beer!! Yeah! Parking was adequate

Perfect stay: just nearby main station Leipzig, very clean room, fantastic bed with space and a very good mattress. Very tasty breakfast with vegan options, soymilk and homemade delicious marmelades. The staff was really friendly!

Highly recommended. It has a good location and its facilities are cozy. The room is clean and you find everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bathroom is small but sufficient. Good cleaning and maintenance. Positive quality/price ratio.

After beeing in a small room last year, I got a big one this time. Everything was fine except that I thought it looked a bit clinical - both room and bathroom. But not a problem - I booked already for October!

Fantastic Hotel, fulfilled our expectations 100%! We felt very well, found everything we needed an much more. Super yummy breakfast, very clean rooms, nice an clear interior design. We can only recommend the BIG MAMA Leipzig!!!

Friendly workers in a small hotel and Affordable price in the season around bahnhof area. Its Just on the street so could be noisy sometimes. The family room I stayed was a non smoker room but still was very smoky and smelly.. probably some people doesnt care and smoke in the room but the hotel should care more about it! To air and renew the smell! Over 100 euro payed and slept in smelly room which was upsetting. Comfort bed, clean room in general

Great location a stone's throw from the train station. Very clean and tidy and our room was massive! Nice beers at the bar and very pleasant staff. Lots of towels which is always a bonus. If back in Leipzig I'd stay again.

Very friendly staff, they all try anything guests have a perfect stay. Bar and inside and outside chilling areas and great cocktails and drinks - I like to stay there after work. Rooms are always clean and neat and you find everything you need. It's my absolute favorite in Leipzig since years.

Fantastic location, very clean, friendly staff. Plenty of extra linen & towels. Complimentary water is a nice touch. However, I missed having tea and coffee making facilities. Secure access when returning late.

We only stayed for a night and the Big Mama was perfect for our family of four. In contrast to other hotels, where the family room simply has a sofa sleeper, here we actually had a small hallway with two separate rooms for us and the kids. bathroom was pretty large. Rooms were free, parking was reasonable and service was good. We recommend the Big Mama
