Ulasan Leipzig Marriott Hotel

Despite the great location, the worst Marriott ever!!! 1. I had to come back two times to the reception: first, the cards were not working for the room they gave me. Then, what a surprise: I open the door and the room is occupied. I mean ***?! This is Marriott, not a hostel, people! Fortunately, I got an upgrade to the so-called executive level (6th floor). 2. The executive level floor has nothing to do with what one would expect! Old furnished rooms that hardly remind about anything executive, dirt everywhere (I'll post right now how the remote control looks like!) 3. Executive level and yet connecting rooms?! Seriously?! And I could basically overhear the neighbours' conversation (fortunately, they were kinda old couple, so they went to bed pretty early) 4. On Sunday you guys start cleaning the rooms at 9?! It felt like they were cleaning just in front of my bed. 5. A shower that looks like bought from a discounter for 5€?! In sum, never ever again! I'm definitely going to chose another hotel next time!

Big Room, close to station and also shopping area

Location is just across the hbf, though a little walking is needed. Breakfast was ok, but not too extensive . No machine coffee available . Reception was friendly and helpful, but can get slow due to many guests at the same time. It’s not actually a Marriott hotel level as other countries.

Love the location. Near to many tourist attractions within walking distance. We will love to come back again given a chance.

Das hotel liegt super in der Stadt nahe bhf. Frühstück bietet alles was der Herz begehrt, ob filterkaffee oder Crema bis hin zum latte. Alles in allen sehr gutes hotel

Locatie erg goed, tussen station en centrum in. Ontbijt ook goed. Wellicht niet meest moderne hotel, maar juist ook wel charmant daardoor. Zwembad en gym aanwezig maar niet gebruikt

酒店裝修很老，規模也不大，打電話要了雙拖鞋和一包浴鹽結果衹給了拖鞋，床上還有根毛髮，湊活吧，感覺沒達到萬豪標準

在萊比錫市中心，旁邊就有shopping mall，交通購物方便，頂樓房間也安靜，有機會會再入住 攜程客服也很贊

距離萊比錫火車站步行五分鐘，距離機場開車半小時，到主要景點商業區步行即可，對面就是一家大超市，早餐很棒。

房間很乾凈，很好。離市中心很近。前台服務非常棒，衹是早餐做煎蛋的姐姐服務態度極差。

시내와 가깝고 직원과 청소도 너무 좋음

房間挺大的，兩張大床很舒服服務也不錯，早餐豐富。唯一一個不近人意的地方就是用淋浴時腳下的浴缸很滑也沒配防滑墊。

The Marriott in Leipzig is perfectly located in the centre of the city, all staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and the lounge wonderful. The fitness room is very convenient and has various important machines, swimmingpool and whirlpool are very clean and a joy.

The hotel is clean and well appointed; staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and appropriately priced for the quality on offer. The hotel is very handily placed for the city centre and train station. On the minus side, customer service could in places be improved. We were made on one occasion to feel like a bit of a nuisance for booking a restaurant table which we had been told was free on Christmas Eve; the swimming pool is unavailable during much of the daytime when a guest might wish to use it, opening only around the times when one generally wishes to eat.
