Ionian Heaven Villas

I had the most wonderful stay here with my friends. The location of the house is superb, with the most stunning views of the water and easy access to the beach and town. Eleftheria was an excellent host and very accessible to questions when needed. The house has everything you need for a perfect stay and was very clean. I would definitely recommend a stay here!

This villa is in a beautiful location - The view over the ocean and hills is truly incredible! The villa itself is stocked with everything you might need and is very well looked after. The surrounding area is really lovely - and makes for a relaxing holiday. I strongly recommend.

The house is very clean, the beds are perfect, the view is stunning and Nikos the host is very friendly. We met in Nikiana and then he guided us to the house. The road is not easy and it is better to make an appointment with Nikos if you come for the first time as the house is quite difficult to find and Google maps does not point you in the right direction. Nikos gave us recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. We spent a lovely week at the house. The garden is very spacious so you can enjoy and relax as much as you want. The swimmingpool is very clean and beautiful, the area is very quite, despite the neighbours right next door (people come here to find peace and to relax) Although a lot of things were perfect, we still think quite a few things can be improved as well. We think, the house and its view are of such a high standard, that the equipment could match with that much better. Here are our recommendations: - put some tea/coffee available for guests upon their arrival. People mainly come from abroad, they have been travelling all day long by plane and car and are tired and thirsty. We could luckily order some food at 23:00 p.m.. There was however one bottle of water in the fridge upon our arrival. - please check the number of towels (we had 5 for 4 people, so why not 6?) and make sure that all of them are of good and thick quality (3 of them were very old and worn out) - check other small items in the kitchen like tableware: enough cups (if the house is for 6 people there should be 12 glasses, 12 cups etc.), scissors, a small knife (for cutting an apple or onions), make at least 2 tea towels (in stead of one) available, a kitchtowel to dry the hands, and a few dishcloths in stead of just one so that you can clean the countertop in the kitchen - there was no broom, dustpan and brush, or mob so if you throw something on the ground, there is nothing to clean with which is not really handy - cleaning service should also change the pool towels, so not only the bathroom towels when they come (they come twice a week) - check the washing machine (the detergent compartment was very very dirty e.g. grease louse!) before guests are coming -- we had to clean the machine thoroughly. The machine is however very silent and did a very good job! - showers: it takes quite a loooooong time to get hot water! Especially in the mornings! Why not install a solar water heater? this way you prevent a lot of water wastage. You better take a shower in the evening as hot water comes quicker at the end of the day Despite these findings we really liked the house!

We spent a wonderful week in one of the villas. The view to the Ionian sea is stunning, the outside area with the pool wonderful to spend the days and evenings relaxing. The villa has everything one needs, the living room is spacious and well equipped. The bed rooms feature very comfortable beds, all windows and doors have automatic blinds and mosquito nets. The villas are a perfect place for a relaxing holiday and not far from the beaches or shopping / night life facilities in the nearby villages. We'd love to go there again!! R+J
