整個酒店前面的廣場都在裝修，所以你必須在馬路上找一個停車位，這非常難找了，然後自己步行到酒店踩着泥濘的路，之前預訂的時候酒店沒有任何這方面説明。這個酒店感覺剛剛翻新過，但是翻新的並不徹底。衞生間有一股臭味。沒有提供洗髮水和肥皂。後來向服務人員要也衹給了洗髮水沒有肥皂。第一天有熱水，第二天沒有熱水。酒店的位置不錯也有一個向海的小陽台。但是硬件和軟件都談不上專業。

Cannot believe I have read such poor reviews. 8 of us stayed and we all had a very pleasant experience. Rooms clean, bed comfortable, ac good and location great. This is not a 5 star hotel but you don't pay 5 star prices. I have stayed before and I will stay again. Reception staff very helpful when they understand what you are after but to be fair their English is 100% better than my Greek so I cannot complain about not being understood.

The hotel Lefkas is definitely not as it is shown online, nothing like the pictures. For 5 nights / 6 days, they didn't clean the room, didn't even throw out the trash, or leave toilet paper.... Dirty room, dirty furnisher, Floor .... There was an electric kettle but no tea or coffee in the room. Bathroom has a window looking into the room. Air conditioner was loud and smelled bad. The contact for the TV was broken. Slow internet service. The view from the balcony was very poor looking in the dirty backyards. Terrible service. They treated us in the most disrespectful way possible. The breakfast was disappointing also.

The hotel has three wireless networks. One is only in the lobby and works alright; of the other two, only one connects to the internet. The one connection that works achieved a speed of around 0.2-0.3 Mb/s, or around 1% of a standard internet connection - much closer to dial-up speeds than anything else. This speed is just about enough to load a static website with no ads in several minutes; absolutely useless for any real usage. We had to rely on mobile data for the entire stay. This might be acceptable at a very cheap place, but is utterly inexcusable at a hotel that charges ca 200 EUR per night.

Too expensive for no reason! Pets are not allowed in Hotel Lefkas according to booking and their policy but there was a dog right next to our room barking all day and night! This is just unacceptable! Also the curtains were very thin and light would get in our room at sunrise forcing us to wake up. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lefkada.

We checked in at 1 am after a difficult day at sea. The guy at the reception was a bit confused!! Beds were comfortable, sheets immaculate. Floors not clean! They were full of hair. The shower tray was worn out. The shower (fitting) was not working. I had to kneel in the shower to wash my hair under the tap. I I definitely wouldn’t stay there again. The location is very good.

Everything was awful. Small rooms, not clean at all, beds are disgusting, bathroom was awful too, there is space between the two doors so basically, no one can be private. Don’t go there, I definitely wouldn’t recommend it, even my apple watch disappear. With room card you can open other rooms so someone enters ours!

Firstly the rooms were supposed to be ‘renovated’ but the wall was just painter over and nothing else. The breakfast was the worst. The tv was tiny, the hairdryer was barely working and the shower was missing a glass. The AC was too loud and couldn’t let us sleep. Also the rooms looked nothing like the pictures. If you want to renovate at least to it to the whole hotel.
